Marco's Pizza, The Colony TX

I visited this pizza joint for the first time since moving to town. A beautiful young lady greeted me and had all my questions answered with such joyous expressions.iI believe her name was Hanna, she was very young but very professional and knowledgeable. Great job, great pizza and great cleanliness of this store. We will be eating Marcos regularly!

EDITED: there is NO HANDICAP RAMP! Absolutely zero excuse for this! There was one & they made it into a curb! So if you need a ramp you will have to go all the way to the opposite side of the stripmall. Shame

Very good pizza, little more pricey than it should be though

Very bland. The crust was good though. And it gave me heartburn. How can steak and green peppers still be almost flavorless? I'm so confused.

This place use to be one of our favorite pizza places. It wasn’t as good as rotolos. But, it was our second option. Now that rotolos is closed we get pizza here if we get pizza. Tonight was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When the pizza arrived it wasn’t hot. Which is fine, the guy who took my order told me they were busy. That’s a good thing for our economy. But the driver was so rude. I told them i was paying cash when i ordered. Well i handed the driver two $20 bills. He said “thanks have a nice night” my order was $24. I told him i needed cash back and his response was “they don’t give us cash bag for change anymore” which i didn’t believe at all. Long story short he kind of came at me and took a step inside my door. I called and talked to the manager. Gabe said he would but a credit on my account. Which is ok… but this driver needs to be fired. I’ve personally seen him drop pizzas on doors and leave.

Ordered a single XL pizza, and was given a time frame on delivery. Time frame past and called to cancel since we only had a small window to eat before leaving the house, the employee said the delivery guy had just left (20 minutes after the original delivery time). Asked to proceed with cancelling since we didn't have time to eat the pizza and was about to leave and they said they would refund the charge. As we were pulling out of the drive way, a delivery driver ran up to our door and dropped the pizza at the doorstep and drove off. Called the restaurant asking them why he did that and they assured me I wouldn't be charged. The day after I was still charged for the pizza.

I’ve never tried Marcos pizza before but the first pizza I got it at this location it had hair in my pizza. So they credited me a pizza which I came back to try it again, the manager made it perfect. He had me sold, so I tried it again to give it another shot. This time My wife and I got sick after eating there pizza. It had to been contaminated. Not sure what they did but it ruined my weekend plans for sure. I won’t eat pizza for awhile now. Makes me sick thinking about it.

Don't waste your money! We order there pizza to try for the first time for wifes birthday. The crust was wrong and little ceasar tastes better.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Overpriced pizza in a city with 7 other pizza options we don’t need you. Staff is rude and management is negligent at best.

If you want a good experience Fun pizza kitchen the colony not an endorsement, just my opinion.

Love this place, I also used to work there as a assistant, not at this location but still love the pizza

I am very unhappy with the way this management has handled today's situation with all the closings. I went online to order but I couldn't do it yet the web page was showing the store is open. I then called this location and got their usual phone message to wait someone will be right back and waited and waited no one came. Very bad business not being able to post a message either on their phone or web to say we are closed today due to this bad weather but they did not.

It was ok. The pizza is an average rating pizza. Not floppy at all, but a little bit undercooked it reminded me of a hot pocket.
I love the meatball style, but although I'd give them 3 stars for the meatball quanity value; the pizza isn't good enough for me to purchase again. Not enough sauce for a tasty tang so I will not be back. Thanks for the efforts though.

Used to be my favorite pizza place now it’s meh. Pizza doesn’t taste as good as it used too. I gave them about 4 chances before I posted this and all 4 pizzas tasted like old ingredients and cheese a little sour. I used to be able to smell the freshness of the pizza in the car after picking it up now it just smells like cardboard box so I can tell it’s not the same through both taste and smell. Guess it’s time to find a new place to favorite.

I ordered 2 bowls tonight, the deluxe one and philly cheese steak. Both were good but the philly cheese steak didn’t even have an inch of ingredients in it. I won’t order it again and it totally turns me off from ordering the pizza either. I’ll go back to ordering from domino’s. They give you more for your money which is a shame because Marcos flavor is really good.

Nasty pizza it tasted 5 days old. And employees don't wear gloves or wash hands touching register then food. Ok ya trying to spread germs (covid). Owner needs to fire his staff.

Stingy with the toppings. Will not go back to this location.
Asked for extra toppings and said i am willing to pay for them. I wanted a lot. They refused and said we can only do X amount and it was not a lot.

Went to a different location and they did exactly what i asked and it was amazing. Will only go to the other location that listens to the customers and accommodates them.

Why would you not give a customer what he is asking for?

The pizza is literally always as if you're reheating cold pizza. The cheese is always disgusting and hard, like a layer. Not melted into the pizza like papa John's.

We just moved to The Colony and have only tried one other olpizza place which was absolutely horrible. Decided to give Marco's a try and man are we happy we did! Not only did they have a great recommendation, gave us a discount for being new to the area.the pizza was great! Hot, fresh, and tasted great. Marco's will for sure be out go to pizza place. If you're debating on trying them.don't. Just call and order!

I tried the new pizza bowl, the Supreme, and was kinda disappointed. The green peppers weren't cooked and the mushrooms are canned mushrooms, which sucks. I'll go for the meat bowl next time.
