Marco's Pizza, Benbrook TX

We ordered pizza for pick up and the girl that took the order was very sweet and said it would be ready in about 20 minutes, but when we got there to pick up the pizza the 2 girls at the counter were very rude and said it wasn’t ready, so we went to the car to wait for it to get ready, despite it already being 30 minutes since we placed the order. We kept waiting and there were at least 6 people on their phones and the girls at the front kept giving us dirty looks the whole time we were waiting. Another family came in and 1 of the women went to order and the whole time she was ordering, 1 of the girls was giving her dirty looks the whole time. By this time it was 48 minutes from when we ordered and we had seen enough, so we left, won’t go back, but management needs to do an overhaul on all the slackers with attitude!

Scott & Wesley really came through today! I had a wrong order earlier this week and called last night & today (I was told to do so)
They communicated today and I had a perfect meal made for me tonight!
I understand mess ups happen and I hated to even gripe, but they acknowledged it best they could and handled it the BEST they could. I was ready to change pizza places but they definitely redeemed themselves tonight! Thank you for that @MarcosBenbrook

I ordered a pizza on line, to carry out. It was ready for me, and better than Domino's, too. I'd made a couple changes in their standard offering, and they did it right. I will be back here! The price was better than that other place, too.

I got a pizza delivered today I had a slice and my husband had two slices about 3 min later we both started to feel sick. We are still not feeling good and there was nothing else we ate for dinner. Plus we had water so there’s no doubt this pizza messed up with our stomach. Not ordering again.

Sister and I went today and want to Thank Scotty that waited on us and helped us order our pizzas. The app wouldn’t work and he was getting busy but took the time to help. He was called in because someone that was supposed to be there did not call or show. He also answered questions even with orders coming in. Owners you should appreciate this good worker because they are hard to find these days. Kinda hard to be the only person working at lunchtime doing it all by yourself. Thank you Scotty

I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant on opening day, Sunday, March 19,2023! The event was fantastic, they had a big Italian Marcos blow up on top of the store and gave away free pizza for four hours straight, even in the chilly weather. The employees were amazing and made the experience even better. They also had huge bouncy houses for children and families to enjoy for free, which was a great touch. Recently, I tried their Italian sub, and it was absolutely delicious. Every bite was filled with amazing flavors, and you could taste every ingredient. This restaurant is far better than your typical pizza spot in Benbrook.

Blows Domino's out of the water. They have the fennel sausage that Domino's used to have. 11/10 will come again!

Bought my first pizza at Marco's 5/19/2023, my comment is very pleased.
Most notable remark is the lady that received my order communicated with me very well. This is unusual in today's world, a person who can communicate. The pizza was good, but the Bell pepper and onion pieces were too large, the sausage pieces could have been smaller and covered the pizza better. Overall grade for the pizza is a B+. Will be back, and will recommend.

All I gotta say is this place is not only delicious it's a good business and the family takes pride in it and so do I. I love Marcos pizza and they have the best pizza. If anyone ever asks me where is a good delicious pizza place I would definitely recommend Marcos pizza. They make good pizza and they aren't stingy on the toppings. Pizzas always come out looking beautiful. GO MARCOS AND YOU ROCK AWESOMESAUCE!

Atmosphere is chill and relaxed, even when there was a mishap with the register they were very understanding and professional, the pizza itself is Juicy, has a very good amount of Crispy yet softness to it, and to be honest it rivals the likes of pizza hut, and in all honesty it's worth it

There's a reason Marco's won chain of the year in 2019. They don't skimp. The cheese has flavor. The thin crust is crispy. We will be back.

Love marcos.but this location is not as good as the camp bowie location. My pissa didn't even have the iconic garlic butter all over it and was over sauced. Also your store isn't on the marcos app?

Finally! Benbrook has a great pizza place! Our pizza arrived hot and so delicious. Our first time eating Marco’s pizza, we’ll be ordering again.

Greasy, disgusting, and vomit worthy. Had a couple slices and been throwing up since last night. Man, do NOT order from here!
