17For the previous 5 years we ordered Marcos almost every Friday night. In September 2023, something changed and they got our order wrong 80% of the time, added wrong ingredients, lost entire pizzas, skipped toppings, delivered lots of cold pizza, etc. They made more mistakes in the last month than they did the previous 5 years! We gave them lots of extra chances for over 3 months, we are done ordering from marcos.
As someone who orders from Marcos a few times a month, I was disappointed by the low energy/apathetic response that I received in regards to “what specials do you guys have? ” The young lady flippantly responded with “the same specials as usual…”. How would I know what these are? I thanked her and then ordered from another chain. Please do better.
We got the deluxe pizza from 2 different locations and you can oddly tell a difference. Both pizzas were good and had excellent cheese but the amount of toppings varied. One location had more meat and the other was overloaded with vegetable's. This location had more meat.
The pizza was delivered and no one knocked! It was left outside and I found out after I read the email that the pizza was delivered and by then it was cold!
Despite tipping, my order was still incorrect. It's annoying that despite my extra gesture, attention to detail was still lacking with online order.
I’ve ordered from this place 4 times now. They have NEVER gotten an order right. I know Marco’s has the ingredients for a great pizza, just this place is incapable of making one and delivering it to my house.
Don’t order from here!
Because of this location, I am never ordering from any Marco’s ever again.
Raw. Always mushy doughy with vegetables near raw. I always ask for WELL-DONE just for this reason, I get it about half the time. The pizza is way better than domino or Pizza Hut and reasonable on price…the only reason I order. I ordered the new Pazzinos or whatever they call them, basically calzones…soft and mushy. I’m going to call them each time when I order and ask if they will please not forget to make it WELL DONE. The people are nice, just don’t read the instructions on the order. The food is good, when it’s cooked. Honestly think they need the ovens hotter or to lengthen the time they put them in there.

I love marcos, when I want good pizza fast I order from them. I do feel the pizza is pricy
Last time I order from Marco’s. Ordered at 6: 15 via the new, poorly designed, website for delivery. 1 medium pizza and a Dr Pepper. 2 hours later no pizza, no updates. Tried calling an nobody answers. This place has gone down hill. Owners need to get it together. Doesn’t matter. Will only be picking up Jets Pizza from now on.
Terrible location. Workers have no idea what they're doing. I showed up to pick the pizza up at the time it had estimated, then had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Won't be coming back.
That is the last time we order Marcos. First you change your system and nothing but issues. Actually couldn't order becuase it did have all the addresses in the system so we stopped ordering becuase it was nothing but problems. We are now in the second time recently and the food is terrible. Keep your food and system. Too much competition. Will spend my money somewhere else. The pizza today had 4 inches of crust on a pizza that is suppose to be thin and full of topping. What a joke.
4th consecutive order where wrong food was delivered. Finally called, told them we ordered a family sized green salad and order of boneless wings with our pizza. Regular size salad gets delivered with ranch dressing & bone-in wings. Call to tell them and ask only for them to bring out some Greek dressing and we’ll eat what they mistakenly sent. Gentlemen tells me they’re out of Greek salad. Tell us on the app if you’re out of a product. Food quality of the pizzas has fallen off a cliff. We used to order at least once a week. No more.
Their delivery drivers have a habit of dropping your order at the front door and bolting, if you leave a tip on an online order.

I can’t say enough good about these pizzas. The thin crust is like a delicacy. They are premium pizzas at regular prices. I’ve been there 4 times this year and will go back for sure.
Also, they are open late! It’s my new late night go-to.
This location charges $2 per wing. There are also no prices listed on the menu when you walk-in to order. We each had a pizza bowl that was subpar. The employees were welcoming! The manager didn't give us any problems when we had the 20 wings for $40 removed from our order after review of our receipt.
Response to owner: I provided feedback a year ago when this happened and no one contacted me. Nothing happened. Canned response.
I called them because there was a long blonde hair in my pizza, I spoke to someone who works at a different location but was there temporarily. He apologized and said let me get the manager on the phone. Then the gentleman came back and said, I’m not sure why but he’s refusing to get on the phone and he said no one here has blonde hair, and to tell you to text us a picture, it’s probably just cheese. The guy was apologizing and was so embarrassed. I mean…I know the difference between hair and cheese. I text them the picture and he said it was a hair from a mushroom. I mean what? Hairy mushrooms? I wasn’t looking for my money back, just letting them know so whomever it belonged to could wear their hair differently or something. But his attitude was so defensive and rude. He refused to do anything. The other guy was like I would’ve refunded you, that’s definitely hair, I don’t know what his problem is. Terrible service. Haven’t eaten there since. This was Feb 2022. Wish I could upload the video.
