Marco's Pizza, Tyler TX

We moved to Tyler in 2020 and found Marco's Pizza. We were able to work with Katherine (owner) to have pizza delivered even though our house was out of the delivery zone (by feet). Over the 3+ years, we have experienced a lack of quality about 50% of the time that we have ordered - sometimes not receiving our food at all, being delivered to the wrong address, the order is wrong, the CONTINUAL "your house is outside our delivery zone so we cannot deliver. " Last night was the last straw. The order was simple: pepperoni pizza with half (light) jalapeno and two bottled drinks. The expected delivery was 45-50 mins. After an hour and 15 minutes, I called and asked about the delivery. I was told it was delivered. I said it was not. I was told yes, it was. I told Hunter I DO NOT HAVE A PIZZA AT MY HOUSE. He confirmed that it was delivered to the wrong address. It was delivered to the empty house for sale next door - sitting by the front door. So, the pizza was cold, loaded with jalapenos, and had no drinks. We are done with Marco's Tyler. Bruno's is much better, anyway. Happy New Year!

Well I ordered my pizza over an hour ago. They said it would take 30 to 35 minutes and it still has yet to arrive. Ordered 2 medium pizzas yes for delivery ‘
But my location is 4 miles from them!
No excuse for this & I’ll assume they won’t be hot either …. - update

Ok so at first I was upset and then got even worse when i got my pizza an hour and 15 minutes later. My meal was 39.80 and I only had 20’s … I always tip and wanted to leave him a 10$ but he told me he had no change! So I said just take it then. Giving him a 20$ for cold pizza and over an hour wait. Once he left I did call them and spoke to a manager! Not being a Karen ‘ but knowing delivery drivers ALWAYS HAVE CHANGE and that was a way for him to keep money! The manager was VERY VERY KIND! Very understanding! Didn’t make me feel bad and I was even thinking they could say I’m lying or the driver could say I didn’t even tip him! But it seems the driver had a past and this wasn’t the first!
So back to the solution! They said they would bring us another order hot and fresh in a timely manner or full refund! I decided the full refund! And 2 hours later I got my 60$ back! So I will say I am grateful they fixed it …. I wish the pizza was better. But it being cold, probably didn’t help. But thank you manager for fixing everything and about the driver, he may sink you. May want to consider a new hire! Bc I’m a way that’s theft! Good luck and thank you again

Nathaniel and hunter wore very attentive.our food was hot and fresh just like we wanted my wife and I visit this location little often due to the drive and tonight they gave us the best service we could have asked and I would definitely recommend on acknowledging this two young men they are doing a great job thank you

Marco's has never ever disappointed. Their food is always so good. The pizzas, the salads, the cheesy bread. It's amazing fresh, but also retains that same deliciousness on the second and third day leftovers!

I just ordered your magnifico pepperoni pizza, will never order this pizza again most of the pepperoni was crisp had been over cooked.

Was enjoying having this place as our new favorite pizza chain in town and then I got a pizza with a hair baked into the cheese. Contacted them and left an online review and nobody got back to me to rectify the situation. Won't be returning. Too grossed out.

Came in to place an order and they price matched what was advertised online. Food came out quick and tasted great.

This use to be THE best pizza in Tyler but over the last year it has gone down in taste and quality. EVERY pizza use to be consistent in taste but now it's a hit or miss. I thought it would get better but it hasn't.

Not only do they have very good pizza and customer service. They go above and beyond to give back to our schools. 20% off all purchases for about week was given to my sons school (whitehouse elementary). Cool thing was they let the kids make and decorate their own pizza boxes it would home in. I thought this ALL was very thoughtful and was happy to try Marcos Pizza for the first time. 5 stars from this family!

This was our first time at a Marco's.the pizza was soooook good, and the service was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful on what we're some of the best sellers! The pizza was super fresh and hot. We will definitely be visiting again.
