Marco's Pizza reviews
151st experience was amazing. The steak sandwich with mushrooms was delicious the pizza was worth it tas well, will eat again
I have ordered many times from them for many events. Their pizza is good, it's not overpriced, and they are always helpful. I am craving Marco's pizza right now, lol.
I am a pizza lover kind of guy and have brick oven at my house but Marco's pizzas from prosper trail was so so wonderful.better than my pizzas
Not sure why I ordered from Marco’s again. It’s been a while because of bad service. I ordered tonight. They definitely lie about delivery. Called the store after waiting 30 minutes past promised time. They answered and said my address and said it was on the way. Mind you we live 3 -4 miles from the store. It’s now been 30 minutes and still no pizza. I’m sure it’s cold by now. Never again!
I just called again and he told me it went out 7 minutes ago. I replied so the first guy lied to me. Just tell the truth. This place is the worst!
Best pizza around here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pepperoni Magnificent is the best
Order takes forever. When I requested curbside pickup they forgot 1/2 my order so I had to wait another 20 minutes just for a salad.
Pizza is delicious here. I’m their usual customer. I see reviews of people complaining pizza not on time. Go whine somewhere else. This place deserves 5 stars.
Pizza and service was great! The delivery was a little late but overall everything was great.
If I could rate a zero, I would. Ordered through Postmates and order an ALL MEAT pizza with banana peppers, pineapple, and olives and literally received a pizza with only banana peppers, pineapple, and olives and ZERO meat. Even though it was literally an all meat pizza. Called the manager, Michael, and even though they said they have delivery drivers, they cannot bring us our CORRECT PIZZA WITH MEAT. Never experienced such horrible customer service. I have ordered at places that didn’t do delivery at all and they had their employees bring out their meals themselves when THEY made a mistake with the order. This place literally gave us NO MEAT when we ordered an ALL MEAT pizza. Then when I called, the manager Michael, said he couldn’t do anything. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service from a place that actually delivers. First and only time I’ll ever go here. Be warned, Michael doesn’t care about your order, even though it’s literally his job to care about your order.
I love Marcos pizza but I can NEVER get my pizza in a timely manner. I’m so annoyed with how long it takes every time I go, I think I’m done giving them chances. Too bad since it’s my favorite pizza around!
I don’t know why this store has lower reviews, I ordered many times from here and didn’t have any problem. They are friendly and quick much better than other locations. Pizza always great, I appreciate their hospitality.
They often get simple orders for two pizzas wrong and have to remake, today was the third time in a row waiting around with other customers also having their orders remade.
Manager was unapologetic, believe the other negative reviews.
If you're looking for a better place than the nasty Dominoes on Preston rd in Celina and Jimbos pizza crematorium don't stop here keep driving:)
Have eaten at other Marcos and loved it, but will not go to this one for a long time.
After waiting 1.5 hours for food delivery (it's the weekend it's busy, okay), called to get an order status update. Was told there was only 2 delivery drivers so I could either wait a good amount longer or pick it up myself. I had a family including two hungry kids at home so I decided to just lose the delivery fee and pick it up.
When I get to the location, I am told the delivery driver just took off with our food and was heading to our house. (Yet somehow I beat him back on a one-lane street?) The pizza was cold, we did not get the sauces we ordered, and the pizza barely looked edible with giant air bubbles all over it. In fact we ended up making another run to grab fast food for the kids since they were going to go hungry rather than eat the pizza.
The workers who I interacted with were very nics and apologetic, but that does not mean the experience was not awful. There were only 2 younger employees in the store on a Saturday night and only 1 or 2 delivery drivers (was given conflicting accounts). That is at least part of the problem and is definitely not sustainable.
Marco's pizza in Prosper is the best pizza I've ever eaten
I literally drive from Allen to Prosper every Saturday to pick it up
