Marco's Pizza, San Antonio TX

Food was ok. My chicken sandwich looked "slapped" together. No soap in the restroom. Tables weren't wiped down very well.

I will NEVER order from here again and if anyone reading this plans on getting something from here I would think twice. This went straight in the trash and I’m out the cost of the sub, delivery fee, and tip. I’ve ordered this sub from a different Marcos location and not once did it look like this. FYI this was suppose to be the 6” Italiano sub.

If you’re going to choose to eat at sonic just go through the drive through. If you want both just pull up inside and Oder your sonic inside after you’ve ordered the pizza. Very very nice

Laz not only has an amazing smile, this person also provides amazing fast service and backs up marcos quality food, with quality service!
Definitely will continue to comeback to this location with this constancy.

Pizza was on point tonight! Kids were hungry after a long day at six flags and Marcos did not disappoint. Z was awesome, she was working the store by herself but you couldn’t tell. She had a smile on her face and service was super quick. Games to play for the kids while they were waiting. Snagged a 30 percent off coupons online as well. Definitely give this place a try.

Great food but very inconsistent hours of operation. I love the pizza but here lately the workers have been shutting down early and or refusing to make food. Location in the Rim says 2300 I got there at 2220 and was refused service. I said to i thought y’all close at 2300 to an employee, the lights were on the sign was on Open but I was refused, the worker was very rude and told me not tonight when I mentioned the hours of operation. I work for a local hotel chain we support local and we all love Marcos preferably for pizza, we also carry the coupons for Marcos promoting at our front desk. One day a couple of guest wanted to order pizza and I highly recommended Marcos they were out of towners and wanted something other than Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, etc. So I give them the coupon and directions to the closest location. Talking about pizza our team decided to order pizza as well so I left on the food run, this is when I was denied by the mArcos employee at 2220, so I call the team we settle on McDonald’s when I get back to the hotel the guest are in the lobby eating McDonald’s as well and they said that they were also turned away 20 mins earlier then me, meaning 2200! If your gonna close early atleast look closed, turn off the open sign and lock the door this was very disappointing!

Great pizza! Z was amazing, she was very sweet. She was working alone but managed to get our order taken and made our food quickly. It tasted great. Thank you Z for the wonderful experience.

I ordered pick up and the confirmation email lets me know that it will be ready at 10: 15. I get there at 10: 15 and tell the guy at the register my name and he looks confused but finds my order. Come to find out my pizza was never even made. So the Hispanic MANAGER comes out acting like he’s trying to fix something and did absolutely nothing but notice something wrong with there system. So I realize that they are making my pizza in front of me so i go back outside and sit in my car and wait another 20 min for it to be ready. When i come back in the Hispanic MANAGER looks at me and says “its almost ready” when its ready i go to the register he tells me my total and i ask him “ same price even though you guys are 20 min late on my pizza” and goes “ yes” with a smirk on his face. The worse service to be an older guy in management. Guess you haven’t learned anything seeing that you’re a manager for Marcos pizza. I’m sure he won’t go any further than that. Lay off the pizza and work on your management skills. Customer Satisfaction ALWAYS! ESPECIALLY when your in the wrong.

Omg I had the best customer service ever the girl Laz working behind the counter was so sweet and patient with me while finding something that worked with my dietary needs and then after I ordered, a pizza was in my hands in 7mins. Will be coming back

Love this place the pizza and buffalo wings always taste awesome I'm getting hungry just thinking about em lol. The staff is always friendly, kind, and, the atmosphere is pretty great too. Me and my wife always stop by this location on our way home in and out of San Antonio. I wish they had a Marco's pizza where we live!

Food is great! Customer service was meh.walked in to get my order there was no greeting or anything. The manager was counting his register, was too busy to greet me. It just felt like i was bothering him lol.

This location gave me food poisoning last Monday night. Got a pizza with half pepperoni, half pepperoni, sausage and red onion.
Definitely don’t recommend.

Great pizza for a great price as well! Pizza and cheesy bread tasted so good! Staff is kind and friendly. Definitely will be my new go to. I never leave reviews but I really thought they deserved it.

Ordered Sonic and sat in the common or shared dining area of the restaurant. The employees of Marcos Pizza ruined my dining experience. I understand this is a place where young kids work, and I’m all about having fun in the workplace, however their behavior and language was flat out rude and disrespectful. The number of curse words I heard, the number of times they’d talk badly about customers they had just served, the yelling, THE YELLING with no regard for who was in the restaurant…. It’s obvious this establishment is poorly managed I’ll personally never return to this specific location; it’s an absolute zoo in there to say the least.

Put in an order for take out at 11: 25 PM. We pull up 15 minutes later at 11: 40 PM after getting an email confirmation for our order and it told us it would be ready in 10 minutes (11: 35 PM). The doors are LOCKED as if they are closed and they close at 12 AM. The open sign was even on. The only staff member there was talking to his friends inside the restaurant and we knocked on the door for him to tell us that he NEVER got our order when we got a whole confirmation email with the time to pick up. So unprofessional and a waste of time. Employee on the night of 10/15/2022 was absolutely rude and unhelpful. Shrugged his shoulders and carried on with his conversation. I love Marco’s but this experience at the Rim location is a 0/10.
