What happened to Dr. Mike all phone numbers are disconnected. Has she retired? I am a patient. I need my medical records and can’t get a hold of her. Thank you.

The office administrator, Becky, is unresponsive and rude when you do get ahold of her she is unhelpful and a poor representative for the doctor office. It's unfortunate that the Becky is such a poor reflection of Dr. Mike.

I've been trying to set up an appointment at Dr. Mike's for nearly a month now and have had my paperwork sent back with refusal to schedule because a few lines were missing out of the 29 page new patient packet. Once I had filled it out to their satisfaction I was scheduled three weeks and then was not contacted until the day before at 5pm, while at work, to get my insurance and DL or I would not be able to see the Dr. I asked if I could get it in before Noon the next day and was told that was fine, yet when I sent it in at 10am and asked for a Zoom link I was told that because I didn't send it the night before I would not be able to receive the link. Spent a lot of my time trying very hard to be understanding and work with them but have been dealt with very unprofessionally every step of the way and don't want to be talked down and jerked around trying to bend my schedule at the last possible second.

Worst Dr, ever. Since I didn't have sleep apnea, she told me "there's nothing more I can do for you". What kind of Dr.says that to someone? She should lose her license.

Did a great job diagnosing my sleep apnea and getting me on the proper treatment. Been sleeping like a baby for 15 years

I've been seeing Dr. Mike for over 2 years now and I can't say enough great things about her! She is understanding, thorough, and always goes the extra mile to make sure you find the best treatment. It's obvious that she loves her job and patients. Her office staff is always nice too!
