Margaritaville - San Antonio

When we were greeted you would have thought we were royalty.

After sitting for 15 minutes, and multiple servers walked past as if we were ghost.

Went to the bar to order drinks, stood at the bar, and the bartender sat by the locals and chit chatted, never acknowledge me standing there.

My girlfriend comes from Canada twice a year and likes to go there, as well buys shirts and stuff for friends on Vancouver Island.

We will be crossing this place off our itinerary for now. This isn't the first time service was poor.
Last March it was just as bad but we sat and waited for service, the fried fish cod taste worse than Fred's Fish Fry, and was extremely more expensive than Fred's.

Jimmy Buffett is rolling in his grave that this place sucks.

Fun place! Took my sister there for a burger and a beer for her birthday. The staff was attentive and service was great. Cold beer great burgers, what more do you want?

Great experience! The keylime pie is totally worth splurging for dessert! TaShawn was our waitress and she was sooo good to us!

Careful with this place someone was testing the waters with my credit card.me and my son split a check. I checked my bank a couple days later my normal charge was thier but I also had 3 other charges one for over 90.00,45.00 and one over 7 dollars. I called and they told me to figure it out with my bank and claimed they could not find anything on thier side I have a screenshot of the charges on my phone. While I sat at the bar I couldn’t help but notice the guy next to me really knew the bartender and bar back he left his receipt in front of my chair and it was exactly the same as one of those charges so someone at this place is ripping ppl off.

Excited to have a margarita and snacks today after walking the Riverwalk. The greeter was friendly.seated us right away. And it went downhill immediately. Absolutely no waiter/waitress in sight.bartender was mia as well. We had come here before and had some issues but thought we'd give it another try. After waiting for 15 minutes without anyone coming to our table, we left. It wasn't busy.so, what was the problem? Jimmy Buffet is rolling over in his grave right now I would bet. Sorry Margaritaville.you won't see this Canadian and her Texan again.

Alahandra was superb. Constantly checking on us and making sure we were taken care of. Excellent experience.

We waited one hour to get there and nothing of what we ordered was good. First we order the pasta with broccoli and they didn't have any available. We ordered nachos, fish and chips, chicken sandwich, a cheeseburguer and a jambalaya plate that was the worst. The plates were very over priced and very disappointing. I would not go there to eat again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I waited 30 minutes to get seated outside. Once seated, I waited an additional 20-30 minutes and nobody came. We ended up leaving. Coincidentally, the girl at the bar, that had been there the whole time, came to take our order at that instance. I wouldn’t recommend sitting outside

Awesome themed restaurant. Food & drinks were very good & prices weren't bad either.

I had the appetizer trio. The hand battered chicken tenders were good. The spinach artichoke dip with chips was my fave. I didn’t really care for the Caribbean chicken egg rolls. Overall, I would recommend this appetizer. I also got to taste the southwest chicken salad and Cobb salad. Both were tasty. Great customer service.

Food was good, we had a young server that wasnt so attentive but their manager was helping out the new server

I Go To Margaritaville When Ever I Am In Downtown San Antonio Texas, Like Veterans Day Cheeseburger In Paradise Guaranteed To Fill You Right Up And Thier Margaritas Are Very Good, Thank You Mr Jimmy Buffet For Entertaining Us And Sending Us A Restaurant That We Can Chow Down On, Rest In Peace Jimmy Buffet, You Will Be Missed

Good food and fun atmosphere. Service was good considering she was newly hired. Overall a nice walk and break from ALPFA Convention.
