Marigold Apartments, San Antonio TX

No matter how many times they attempt to fix my heater, it still doesn't work. These apartments are not worth close to $900

I have been living here for 2 years, and nothing has ever been done in my apt, oven don't work and etc. She has made sure that my service requests from months ago are taken care of. I'm really happy with Ms. Courtney. She's the best and she always takes time too talk with her residents. Never been happier. Thank you for all you're doing.

I was trying to become a potential resident here but yet i am never able to meet with any one since no one is in the office. I have been coming by for the last 3-4 days so i made and appointment on line yesterday for today at 330pm and yet again she is not here and will not be in today. I did not even get a call to cancel or reschedule. I expected to have a call or even a text say can not see you today. Very unprofessional and to top it off your maintenance guy was very disrespectful to me by saying there are other places you can look at and when i asked for the name of the person i will be talking to and or manager he said he doesn't have to give me that information and told me to have a good day and shut the door on me. A wise to the owner if you even care, maybe its time to clean house! If this is how you treat new comers i can only imagine how you will treat me when i was a resident. RED FLAG!

Very bad management always has a attitude when you go in the office and just rude every time feel like this shouldn’t be her job if she can’t handle it or brings her problems to work

LOVE living at Marigold Apartments, love management LOVE the staff love everything about this place, work orders have been getting done on time, the manager is so sweet that works in the office she helps me when I’m in need even when she doesn’t have to help me she helps me definitely would be staying for another 3 years or longer!

The moment I walk into the leasing office I am greeted by the property manager evertime I call she answers the phone and work orders are done on time the new maintenance is always on top of things love living here at marigold will be renewing my lease. Leandra is the best

I've been living at this property for 3 years and it has never been so clean management is always here the new maintenance man is always working love the new improvements will be renewing my lease for another year!

If I could not choose any stars I would, The Manager Leandra (a joke) loves to discuss other residents issues to others. My Tia has told me things I have discussed with the manager in private. She is very unprofessional not only in the way she dresses but how she presents herself and the communication she has with the residents. She informed my neighbors the new maintenance was fired due to complaints which is not professional. They have the other maintenance on site who is lazy and steals property. We saw him come late in the night to take things from office in his truck. They need to investigate who they have working on this property. I fear for my information in that office getting released to the wrong hands. They are all related to another manager at another apartment complex who I’m sure allows this unprofessional unsafe environment. I will be reaching out to someone higher than corporate if they continue to allow this behavior. My lease was extended for another 6 months and I regret it.

THE NEW MAINTENANCES ON SIGHT STOLED FROM MY APARTMENT BEWARE. I have contacted manger and no answer. She calls you back days later. I have filed a police report. Out of all managers this one takes the cake. SHE IS UNREACHABLE, forgets what needs maintenance work on and acts like items are needing to be purchased. I have contacted the company corporate direct and no help. I will be reporting these men they have on site working to the better business bureau and company. Too many “changes she says” Not professional at all. Trash everywhere and homeless living in empty apartment next to ours. I’m by far disgusted with this young manager who knows nothing and seems lost or on drugs.place going down since she started.

I lived there when elva was manager 2019 but I left once that manager Jessica got there my experience there was horrible in these apartments water leaks the floors were all moldy the restroom walls were woldy I left once my lease was up I couldn’t bare to live there anymore I even got sick because of the mold issues

Great apartments love raising my family here. The rent is affordable. Awesome service of maintenance he fix things quick. The manager is nice here. It’s quiet around here. Everyone keeps to them self. For a 2 bedroom it’s a good size to raise a family. The pool is always clear. Love the schools are closer.

I have been living here for a while. I am comfortable living here my family visits me and my grandchildren loves to visit. I have no issues on this property. I am happy and safe living here. Boni the maintenance man has everything under control. You let him know he's fix it right away. You get good service here and fast. I feel safe the maintenance man lives on sight.when there is an emergency he get's it done.this property is clean and I like the distance h-e-b is not that far from our distance. I don't want to move away from here. Cause i know i won't get good service from other apartments complex of maintenance. My family like the parking lot when they visit me there is more space to park. I notice on here some of my neighbors rated 1 star and complaining. I confronted them that's a lie what ya'll saying. They told me the reason why they give it a 1 star cause they are mad they are getting charge late fees cause they owe rent and water.my goodness sake these young kids theses day's.these youngsters need to own up there own responsibility.my goodness sake grow up.like i told them tell ya'll baby daddy needs to get a job. And they can help you pay the rent. I said my peace god bless ya'll.p. S They should give credit when credit is due on this property.

Would not recommend. Only one maintenance worker for two properties.never able to get to work orders. Manager is never in the officer, very expensive for what it is. EXPECT to pay over $800 with utilities for one bedroom. Outlets didn’t work in unit, wires sticking out of walls, painted over mold when my ceiling had a water burst, painted over tubs/sinks, stuck water tank pipes on toilet, no laundry connections, crime increasing in area due to letting whoever rent on property. Laundry room barely has functioning washer/dryers. Texas Lawman drives around at night but barely and many more disappointing factors.

When I first moved in we had no issues other then sink. However we caught 14 mice the whole behind our stove was patched up. However we continuing to get mice we already to throw some of our daughter belongs way they ate the dry wall next to our bed and outlet. They keep coming I have already emailed the apartment manager twice. This not place I want my kids! Disgusting having mice running around.

The maintenance is super fast. They complete the request on the same day or max by the next day of our request. This is very nice nice and quiet Apartments. Allison and Jennifer are the best!

The apartments are nice if you are looking for a new home, please go in and take a tour. The prices are great and so is the location.
