Moe did great Job installing my Pool Pump. Price was fair and He took the time to explain things and answer my questions. I highly recommend this company. You won’t find better, I’m sure.

We have been using Marina Pool services for about 1 year, and we are very satisfied. Mo is very experienced, accurate at diagnosis of issues, quick to fix and produce high quality of work. He is also very easy to communicate. He replies text messages in time, answer questions and set up appointments/follow ups. We are glad to finally have a good professional we can reply on so we can just relax and enjoy our pool.

We had Mo come out and replace a pool light for us. He was super helpful, had timely communication, and competitive prices. A month later, during the recent freeze, our pool pumps unexpectedly stopped working. We called Mo, he took the time out of his day to walk me through how solve the problem via Facetime. He cares about his customers and is always there when you need! We highly recommend him!

The best pool service! I have gone thru several pool companies with varying degrees of success, but Marina has been by far the best. He was honest and went above and beyond to explain my system and make sure my pool was running well again.

Poor communication! I've made 2 attempts by phone and 1 attempt by email over a two week period to get someone to schedule or give me an estimate for a pool resurfacing. No response!

I highly recommend Marina Pool Services. Mo came out for a service call, and we found out that a lever just turned the wrong way was causing the suction problem - which was the fault of my weekly pool service company (which was not Marina Pool Services). Then they came out again a few weeks later because my pool started growing algae (which I assumed shouldn't happen because I had regular weekly service with a different company) and found out that it was just a chemical problem and nothing to do with the equipment! So again, completely the fault of my service company. Mo didn't want to charge me for the second service visit, but I insisted on paying at least half of the usual rate. I told him that I was thinking about maintaining my pool myself because of the trouble I had had with several other companies over the years, and he spent over 45 minutes explaining how to do that - balancing chemicals, brushing, backwashing, etc.

I bought a pool crawler vacuum several years ago to replace one my parents' dog chewed up, then found out that I needed a $700 booster pump to make it work, so I had never used it. Mo had just bought a new vacuum for his own pool, and gave me his old vacuum for free! That saved me $700! I can't express how far above and beyond this is and what amazing service!

Caesar came by two days later and installed the vacuum crawler, and spent 45 minutes troubleshooting it to get it to work - and didn't charge me for a service call! Again I was the one who insisted I pay him something, but it was less than half of their service charge, not to mention I got a $700 piece of pool equipment completely free! Needless to say, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARINA POOL SERVICES! They also offered to do my weekly pool service, when they really didn't have an opening. Again - above and beyond any customer service experience I have ever had, and probably EVER will have in my life! So grateful to this exceptional company and the amazing people who own the company and work there!:)

Marina Pool Services did an outstanding job of getting my pool back up and running in a super quick fashion and for a very reasonable price.
Motor had failed on pool pump on a Friday. I called my original pool installer company who couldn't get to it, called another pool service company with a good reputation, but I have yet to hear back after leaving 2 calls, then I called Marina Pool Services and Mo immediately came to my home assessed the problem, came back 2 hrs later with a replacement pump and motor and quickly replaced the broken one. All this was done on a very hot afternoon for a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend this company.

I had some pipes break on my pool plumbing along with a valve from the freeze we just had. Mo was very professional and was able to quote me after sending a few pictures. Showed up on time and did a great job. Will definitely use in the future. Thanks Mo!

Our pool filter stopped working properly, it was an emergency. Mo showed up and fixed everything. He is an absolute professional. He picked up the parts we needed and was done in a short amount of time. To top it off, it was raining that day. Quality service and a competitive rate. Thank you, Mo!

We had them replace cement pad, all plumbing from the ground up, installed Pentair Quad DE filter, variable Speed Pump, Polaris Booster Pump and Hayward Saltwater system.

They arrived as scheduled, precise in the installation and our requests.
Assisted and showed us how the system works as well as the settings before pool.

Everything is running smoothly and the water is cleaner than ever.

Great pool equipment repair and reasonable prices. I used multiple pool companies through the years and there response and service was absolutely outstanding. Had my pool pump running within the hour I called. Came back and changed parts needed within a day. Highly recommend. Definetly waste my time or money with anyone else. Other companies I called didn’t even respond until 2 days later and my problem was already fixed.

Five stars just doesn’t seem like enough! It was a pleasure to work with Moe. He is very professional and easily takes the time to answer your questions and concerns. We replaced a filter system, and with Moe’s recommendation, we added a back wash valve. He was able to install it quickly and ‘trained’ us on how to use it. He even made a special trip to bring us a backwash hose.

Our pool was green, but Moe promised to get it swim ready within the week - and he did, making the grands very happy! We have been very pleased with the quality of workmanship, but more important, we are pleased to work with an honest and fair company!
