Customer service is absolutely stellar! I’ve worked with several dealerships I. The last 10 years. Motorcycles, cars, RV, commercial equipment and now boat. When you buy close to 50 or more vehicles, you are bound to have quirks that need to be worked out at times. Billy has been great to work with to begin with and Trent has gone above and beyond to work out everything I needed to work out on my boat. By far one of the best dealership experiences I have had. Coming from countless experiences. This will be a long term relationship and I look forward to buying many new toys from these folks.

MarineMax won’t warranty repairs made by endeavor (July 2022). Ironically, the technician working in Service at MarineMax is the same guy that didn’t repair my boat correctly at Endeavor. MarineMax is not interested in retaining Endeavor customers. Using the buy sell to not honor Endeavor customers prior patronage. I’m moving my boat to Marina Bay Harbor. The prices went up at Endeavor for storage after MarineMax bought them, and Trailer storage is not being honored. Bad deal. MarineMax has the same technicians from Endeavor that repaired my boat (Ronnie), but won’t honor warranty on a repair. They wont even look at the boat to see if it is a simple correction to the repair done prior. The boat is doing the exact same thing it was prior to repair (heavily leaking transmission fluid) only 6 hours of use after I spent $4900. Money down the drain and no solution from Marine Max. I sent all the repair invoices toTrent at MarineMax. He does call back when he says he will. He basically told me tough luck. Trent told me how they aren't responsible for any Endeavor customers they just bought the company. Thanks guys!

Thank you (salesman) Travis and Wayne (business office)! I purchased a 2019 Sea Ray from owner, Jonathan Whitworth (Marine Max review 2yrs ago). Boat is in pristine condition. Both Travis and Wayne were a pleasure to deal with. Thank you, gentlemen.:)

Part department was super friendly and helpful. Bebe helped find just the right part for my boat and was able to find a place to order it for me when other store wouldn't. My new stop for boat supplies and part.

Buyer beware of marinemax Seabrook, Texas
They will say anything to make a sale and do nothing to service warranty items after the sale as promised.
When brought up to the manager Troy Southers the problems I was told that whatever the salesmen tells you you must fact check by climbing into engine compartment and every compartment to verify salesman claims as that is purchaser responsibility handicapped or elderly makes no difference.
After purchasing a million dollar retail yacht that vibrated and was told would be corrected only to find out that it is a my expense to correct since the manufactuer does not balance props, when test driven the moon roof did not operate and after nearly 4 months I was told they do not get paid by the manufacter to do diagnostics and were to busy to deal with it.
Refrigerator doors hinges bad doors hang to one side 4 months later still hand avoid this dealer at all cost as they do not have qualified technicians and it will cost you thousands to go have repaired elsewhere. Was told the boat had AGM sealed batteries which was needed being a handicapped elderly man and could not go into engine room every month to fill batteries.
Only to find out after the sale batteries were not as promised.
What a night mare you must take pictures of everything you see on the biat during trail and have written assigned by salesman because any item u fail to list is not included in the sale more expenses to you.problems to long to list STAY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

We love everything about MarineMax! Starting with sales, very energetic and knowledgeable. Financing was smooth sailing and service has been unbelievable. Everyone one is so helpful and very friendly.
