Mario's Inspection Station, Austin TX

We were there for about 30 minutes and there was 4 cars ahead of us. So it was very fast and the owner was doing the inspections. He was very nice and honest. We plan on going back for a oil change soon.

(08/1/2020) I called in asking if they could do a oil change and a car inspection and they said yes. I also asked for the wait time and told me it would be around 10-20 min, so I go there 15 min after calling and the lady outside tells me they dont do oil changes at the moment and that I also had to wait 4 or so hours just for an inspection.

Awesome service! I had an appointment at 2: 30, but I got there at 2: 15, and Mario came out early from lunch to get started. He was very nice, professional, and efficient. Safety precautions were also in place with COVID, keeping their staff and customers safe. With the inspection and changed brake light, I was out of there in 10 minutes!

I love this place! Mario and Leticia are such kind, genuine people. My inspection failed but after getting a cheap part they installed it and my car passed. Mario answered all of my questions about my car with honesty and kindness. That's hard to come by in the automative industry! Mario and Leticia were also so awesome to talk to, and very interesting individuals. Would absolutely recommend people to this place. They do oil changes too!

Second year getting an inspection here and will continue to! Quick, good service and if there’s a wait, they put you on a waiting list and text you 15 minutes before your turn so you can leave and come back when you’re up.

Excellent service! Mario was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I went in for an inspection but had an issue opening my hood so that he could complete it. He went above and beyond to help me resolve the problem and to make sure I left with a completed inspection report! Best automotive service I've gotten in a long time, at a very affordable price.

I was at a low point, to make a long story short, and really needed a few things done to my car so my inspection would pass. When I came back for reinspection (at no charge!) there was one more thing I had to do that I'd been struggling with, and time was an issue.
Mario saw my distress, gave me a hug, helped me out and expedited my paperwork so I could rush on my way. Little things can mean so much!
I've been coming here the last couple of years, and will continue to do so. Highly recommended by this basket case!

Quick and professional service! I showed up without an appointment for an inspection and there was a 45-60 min wait. I was able to leave and they put my name on a list and called and sent a text with a 5 min notice. I arrived, and was immedaitely taken care of. Simple and hassle free! I'll definitely return.

I called around noon to get my car inspected and was told there was an hour wait so I asked about appointments.made one for 2: 30 that day.got there on time and was out the door by 2: 41. I really appreciated how quickly they got me on my way. Everyone was very professional.

Was told 30 minute wait and it ended up being over an hour until they started looking at my car. As other reviews mention.these guys are STRICT on the rules. The wait is why I say 3 stars. Interpret the strict comment however you'd like.

Fast, efficient, can schedule appointments the day of. Overall super appreciated the good service.

Extremely fast and efficient, was in and out in less than 15 mins to get my motorcycle inspected. I've also made an appointment if I could only go at peak times, which makes it very easy.
