They pools are dirty they don’t treat residents well at all my mom unfortunately live there gonna get her out as soon as possible. She can’t even get in the gate when she need to and in the common areas no A/C 90 % of amenities are not available or don’t work. Bullets going through windows at night just not safe and they don’t care

My family lives here and there pool clean they have a covered area with barbecue pit seating you can have a party in this area it's huge grass cut Apt huge laundry area workout room snack area mailroom nice a home away from home ️

Extremely rude lady in the front office I can’t reccall her name but she looked Indian I walked into the office and she was hollering at her employee and then told me they were closed at 11: 30am.unprofessional and to think I wanted to get an apartment here

Absolutely beautiful and affordable living accommodation for the elderly and disabled. I am disabled and loved this place. Only problem I had was that my caregiver is my 13 year old son but children are not allowed.

My brother was one of the first tenants ever to move in when these beautiful apartments opened 5 years ago. The apartments are still very nice inside and out & there's a policeman that lives onsite. But.as of late, there are problems creeping into the complex due to electronic gates and doors not being repaired in a timely manner. I picked up my brother recently and there were two teen age males walking down the corridor smoking marijuana in broad daylight. On another occasion, I went to the mailroom for my brother and there was a guy on the floor sleeping in there. With the gates and doors not working properly, trouble has easy access to the good people living there.

They do not keep up with maintenance elevator is always broken and there are ppl in wheelchairs that have to go out of the way of their apartment in order to get into their home the gate also didn’t work in order for me to have my mom open it door in community are propped open because they don’t work but it also make common areas very hot. They switch workers and managers very often. Looking to relocate my loved one

Elderly People Live in Fear Here!

The residents are constantly harassed. Residents are afraid to speak up. When they do Managements treats the residents like they are insane. Management and Leasing agents are hardly ever there, they pick and choose their hours. When they are available they are not friendly, and always have an attitude. There are young people always walking around at all times, even at night as if they live there, even though this place is for 55+ only. People with pets don't pick up after them. A Pastor was Murdered in the garage and no one even got a notice, Had to find out on the news. This place needs Corporate to send someone to check on it, because the way business is being conducted here is not right. I hope Management changes, I'm glad my Father no longer lives here, If I would have know all this I would have gotten him out a long time ago.

This is a nice and clean place to live for people 55+. There are good activities and planned events every month like bread day every other Thursday, with goods from Sprouts. They have activities and amenities, such as a pool, pavilion, dog run, computer room, community kitchen, hair salon, library, laundrymat, game room. The apartments are nice and come in three styles: one bed one bath, two bed (second bedroom half size) two bath and a two full-size bedrooms with two bath. There is an officer who lives here to help if there’s trouble or anything suspicious. There are two maintenance men available. The only thing, that may be annoying, is the spring loaded doors that will slam shut if you don’t close them carefully. It’s a very nice place, and a family member of mine has lived here for a happy 5+ years.

Family like atmosphere. We look out for one another. Sheriff lives on premises as a courtesy officer. Activities, organized trips, dances, aerobics 2× wk. Near stores, hospitals, 24 hr emer facilities, near main interstate, & many places to eat out or hv food delivered. Pet & visiting grand children friendly.

Archie "the maintenance man" is so efficient and helpful. This young man is so respectful and he does a great job. It's comforting to know that whatever work needs to done, the complex has the most dependable, knowledgeable, well trained and considerate people to help me. KUDOS Archie it's good to know you young man.
