Mark A. Gerig, DPM reviews
6 DR. Gerig was pleasent and professional and was the smallest part of the visit. If I was rating him, it would be 5 stars.
The support staff was dismissive and mostly unpleasantly professional. I left out of there quite disappointed. I was not provided a detailed receipt, when I questioned the cost the person who checked me out barked the costs out to me as if I were not supposed to ask. It turns out I was overcharged $173.00. I am sure I will find another place for my podiatry needs. It is a shame, I really did like Dr. Gerig, but the experience was not positive.
I have only been to Dr. Gerig once so far, but he seems like an exceptional doctor who isn’t so focused on the feet that he doesn’t look for other contributing factors. He, and his staff, are extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you for the great care!
P. S. I think that Wanda’s stars are incorrect as it shows a 2 rating, but she left a great review.
I highly recommend Dr. Gehrig. I have been going to him for a number of years for arthritis in my feet. He takes time to explain my situation for which I am great full. Never have to wait long and he always takes time to answer my questions.
Dr Gerig is the best. Very explicit about problem and cure. Highly recommend.
Also friendly, both Dr and nurse, sometimes difficult to find in medical settings.
Very thorough in explaining every detail. Bedside manner is on point
Tera (front desk) is very caring and professional.
Amarillo Surgical at 1010 S. Coulter, Amarillo, Texas were amazing. Best care ever.
My grandson had an appointment here today. He is five years old & he was a foster child whom we adopted. He was refused care b/c he has Medicaid. We were NOT using Medicaid; he is covered under his mother’s insurance & we were paying his co-pay. BUT, he was refused care simply b/c he has Medicaid. WOW! How can this be legal; it *^#%€* sure is not ethical.
