3 Very unprofessional staff. I came in and asked for help switching to this agent, I was met with bad attitudes.

Consumate professionals who seem to genuinely care about my family on an individual basis. I am glad I transferd my affairs to them. Mark Harbold, my agent, is accessable and attentive. He did an evaluation of my policy one day and called me to make me aware of serious issues that required my attention. The issue was resolved with a follow up phone call by the following day. That is great service. In a world of numbers it is refreshing to be treated as an individual. I respect that.
