9I switched my insurance provider to Mark about six months ago following a move to Colleyville. Unfortunately, I was greeted with a 22% increase on my first renewal of my auto. I feel like I was the victim of a bait and switch on the original quote. I'm considering bidding this out again.
This is a company that goes over and beyond to make sure you satisfied. All State gives you courtesy updates on your policy and payments. They definitely helps on saving you money. Just know you are in good hands with All State!
We have been with MJ Allstate for 3 years and we are still satisfied with the service, they are friendly and when they give you a price to pay each month they do not go up like other insurer's.
The value for me is in not only the competitive prices but the peace of mind knowing the level of service I am getting is above the standard. If something were to happen, I know they are right behind me to help.
I've yet to have a problem with anyone I have spoke with on my vehicles or home policy they have always been polite and knowable.
Had Stan Evans with Allstate initially and now I'm with Mark Jameson since Stan retired.
Overall, I'm pleased with my service/provider with Mr. Jameson and the new agency. I'm very happy that Laine Lancaster is with Mr. Jameson.

I love Mark and his office they are always trying to find me discounts! I have had their service for almost 10 years, and have had Allstate for almost 20 years if not longer! Allstate has re my back for sure, I was in an accident in Houston and they replaced my car as it was totaled! Mark and his team have been amazing here in DFW! I definitely recommend them!
