Market Street, Frisco TX

What a nice experience. It was well staffed on a Saturday that I didn’t have to wait and all the lines were open. I was greeted multiple times. I always enjoy shopping here.

I do enjoy shopping here due to freshness and multiple choices. Excellent bakery, fruit and vagatables, fish, dairy products it is amazing. The staff is always helpful and pleasant!

Didn't have to scan, didn't have to roll my groceries to the car, everyone was friendly and I got what I came for. Its been a long time since I felt good about spending my money at a grocery store.

I love this store on any regular day, it has an amazing meat department and the other departments never disappoint as well. The floral department is the most beautiful one I’ve seen in any store. I even bought my wedding bouquet from there! It was absolutely beautiful. I know everyone there works really hard to keep the store in tip top shape. Thank you. Your customers appreciate it. And an extra special thank you to the employees who walk out with the carts and load the groceries, you all rock!

The store is clean, well stocked, and the staff is friendly. They carry Whattaburger ketchups and sauces which is a major bonus!

Marketstreet is awesome for three main reasons.

1. You get someone to help you load up your car. Rather, they insist in loading your car and not taking tips.

2. You're treated like a guest at a proper old type market and everyone is happy to be there and all employees are always welcoming.

3. Finally - and this is a Texan thing y'all - no screaming kids in the middle of the aisle or walkways.

If you rate the store less than 5 stars you're not ever going to be able to find what you're looking for or what you think a store needs to be like.

Bonus item-they always have local Texas briskets and other Texas staples that is in season (Hatch Chile month anyone? !)

Friendly staff and great deals in the meat department. No cart corrals though so if they don't walk out with you you have to walk the cart back in or leave it in the lot.

As always, Market Street goes above and beyond to serve the customer! They actually listen to feedback and stock more of the items when you notice they are running out quickly.

They say hello and call us by our names! Christian went out of his way to advise my boyfriend how he smokes brisket, meats. We smoked our first one and largely in part of what Christian suggested, we made the most delicious, juicy, tender brisket ever! Thanks Christian-we later learned he even stayed past his scheduled time to assist us. A very sharp young man, professional demeanor and just a very helpful, good guy. I like this store and the selection very much.

We have come here to shop maybe 5 times in the last 5 years and every time we say we aren’t going back. I think we finally learned our lesson on this last trip. The veggies were pathetic and the ground beef we bought ended up in the trash because it was severely spoiled in the middle and pretty rank.

Great store. Clean, friendly and they insist on taking you purchases out to the car. Great young kids reminds me of when I was growing up in the 80s.

Absolutely fabulous shopping experience each time. Excellent customer service. The female manager I'm sorry I don't know her name is super attentive to the customers and making sure the employees providing top notch service. I will only go to Kroger in a dire situation. This location just makes grocery shopping a joy every time.

The baristas that work in the Starbucks department are one of the best people I have ever met ever. Definitely will come back

Market street's Hot food bar is definitely not fresh food. I have had to submit complaints to management about the quality of food more than once. It's still not any better. I have photos of hard rolls, gelatin like gravy, old vegetables etc.my family usually cooks at home, but occasionally we would try their dinner.

Not again!

Almost all their water is sold in toxic plastic bottles. They have two whole sections in the store for bottled water, and everything is packaged in toxic plastic bottles, except for two brands, which they only give a tiny space for, one ($2 a bottle) is almost always empty, and the other is double the price for rich people. So in practice you fo not have an option to buy clean water.

So the drinking water in Texas is being poisoned by the authorities with industrial chemicals, and the monopoly grocery stores sell water in toxic plastic which gives you disease.

In multiple tests, labs have found scary anount of plastic particles in plastic bottled water. Surprise surprise.

I hope the store manager out if good will, will give people more healthy options.

Purchased a NY Strip steak for Easter dinner and it had grissel and tendons in it and I couldn't even chew ir. So disappointing at $10 a lb!

Oh man, what a cool place.very well maintained store with everything that you need.it was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

1st visit to this location for their super tasty (spicy) green chili chicken soup recommend by relatives and make-your-own salad. See photos. We had eaten many times at their Plano store but wanted a short road trip. Most customers just get the salad as take-out but we enjoy their eating area. Love the Coca-Cola beverage machines as one can mix/match a soda to taste. We will have to try another location and expect a great experience again. BTW: their plastic drink cups/lids can be recycled. I also like that one can get refills without having to get new cup/lid as some places require. Virus mitigation efforts in place so safe place to shop/eat.
