Marquis at Katy

My daughter just rented a apartment at the Marquis at Katy. It's a very nice property. The leasing agent, Monique, is a doll!

I have enjoyed my time living here. This is a pretty safe community and well maintained property.

This apartment building has become a theft haven and the management refuses to take any responsibility. I sent a package with several phones and luxury item within it. The package was delivered based on tracking and stored in a room within the management offices. When the recipient went to collect the package was informed that the room was buglarized. The management office wasn't broken into, only the room in the office that contain the goods.
They claim they have cameras, but will almost bet that they come back with nothing on the cameras. They.have taken no responsibility and can't rationally explain why a room within their offices can be buglarized without breaking into the office and why it wasnt caught on camera. As far as im concerned this makes this place untrustable. I spoke with Tam Vu the manager and all she did was try to placate with words and didn't provide any true solutions. I don't live here, but if I did I would be very concerned.

These apartments have been nice and feel safe! Maintenance has resolved issues quickly and office staff has been extremely helpful.

Update: i have been living here for a while, new management are not nice. The visitor parking situation is still pain in the a**. I got myself in a car accident and I had to drive rental car. I know in the past they gave temporary parking permits, this time they just told me to park at visitors, I told them that sometimes visitors parking are full especially at night they justo told me they are sorry. I hope that rental don't get towed. I miss The old administrador especially Sandy and Carmen.

I been living here since summer of 2016, prices are fair and the location its great. Office and Maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. The only reason I dont give them 5 stars it's because of the parking issue, there's only a few spots available for visitors, and they are always taken by people who live here (i see the same cars in the same spots every day). I hope they open more visitors parking spots in the future.

I love living here! Going on 2 years and I don't plan on leaving unless they make me, haha. Please don't make me? ️
Neighbors are friendly, polite, and quiet. The kids that play together are kind and respectful. The office employees are amazing and take their jobs seriously. They maintain a professional appearance and attitude but don't forget who u are and create a friendly relationship. I feel comfortable and safe living here thanks to them and my neighbors! CWS is great!

OMG where do I start from start to finish applying for an apartment was very smooth I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in the door Monique M. Was an extreme pleasure she made me feel welcome from the time I got there until the time I left I would definitely recommend her and the apartments she was very polite and friendly Monique you rock!

I had had a problem with the property that they were charging me a lot of money because the apartment had been damaged but I put this up and I put the photos showing them that it was not like that and they saw.this and they kindly requested the problem and removed the charges I thank you but maintenance is very bad they only come to take photos and say that it is damaged and they try to make sure that their photos suit them they solved my problem and thanks to marquis at katy

I was very happy with my visit here. Tam and her team were welcoming and helpful and the Marquis at Katy is going to be a great fit for me and my fiancé!

My fiancé and I have had nothing short of the best experience at our apartment home. The staff are always friendly and helpful no matter the need. We are now on our second lease and hopefully have many more!

I have lived in many apartment complexes as I’ve grown up and this is hands down one of the best I have ever lived in. From the amenities to the quality of the apartments, 10/10 all around.

Marquis Katy is a beautiful property! I highly recommend if you are looking for a clean, safe, quiet place in the area. Staff is cool, you should definitely consider the Marqis at Katy.

If you are looking for a clean, safe, lovely place to call home, you should definitely consider the Marqis at Katy. I’ve visited multiple times and my experience there was top notch.

This place is unprofessional, they are schemish and don’t follow the laws whatsoever and their words mean nothing. And there’s NEVER any parking you have to pay for the reserved parking in order to have a parking spot.

Monique Marx was awesome while we were touring and signing our lease. She made they process so easy! If you ever want to live here, sign/work with Monique!

Great management and leasing team. Always responded promptly to all requests. About the building itself it could be more updated (counter tops and appliances), but that's compensated because they all work properly. Have to mention the acoustic is very good. The only thing would be the parking. It's a really nice place.

We have recently moved in and love it here! Monique made the whole move in experience so much better than we thought it would be. She was there very step of the way and ensured we got everything we wanted and needed. We are so glad we got such an awesome leasing consultant:)

Monique made my moving experience easy. She was in constant contact with me and walked me through step by step what I needed to do to get in my new home. I really appreciated that help since I was moving from out of town.
