Marquis at Texas Street, Dallas TX

Ever since the parking situation changed things have gotten worse. My sister came to visit me and due to the guest parking policy and threat of towing she parked on the street for the night. The car was stolen right from outside my apartment in building 4. There have been many vehicle thefts at this apartment recently and this solidifies me moving out once my lease is up.

It's very convenient for my commute, close to downtown and upscale restaurants. The common areas are beautiful. Dog friendly and covered parking!

The staff is very friendly and always so helpful! Kenzie has been a saint in dealing with my questions during the process of moving.

Apartments are spacious and in a good location, close to Tom Thumb, park, and downtown//uptown 5-10ish min away.

Pool is nice but gym equipment could use an upgrade. Front desk/maintenance team has always been quick when I had major issues (shower or ac).

I’ve lived here going on 5 months now and have had a great experience! The staff is great especially kenzie who is always so kind and attentive!

Worst apartment and management. They took $300+ for application and later said it is nonrefundable. DO NOT APPLY HERE.also, the whole complex has only one elevator which hasn't been working for several weeks. SORRY FOR THE CURRENT TENANTS.

Management is very attentive to your needs. Location is very convenient as it is next to a park and a grocery store. The amenities, such as the pool and gym, are also very nice.

I’ve really enjoyed this property, the residents are friendly anytime I speak. It’s located in a really convenient area right near Hwy I-75, I-30, I-35 and I-45. The Tom Thumb across the street is so convenient as well. It’s been a pleasure being here so far

I just moved here in July, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here, a short walk to Deep Ellum and train stop to get anywhere in Dallas. The staff has been great, especially Kenzie, in helping with the move and are always available to help if I need it! Definitely an amazing place to live!

The marquis at texas street is absolutely amazing and was greeted by kenzie who was extremely helpful and made my day I highly recommend finding a home a marquis

I really love how quite the area is coming from downtown this is by far better then downtown! The staff is really sweet always on it when it comes to maintenance of the apartment appliance! Love how convenient the grocery store and the gas station are just right there honestly over all great!

I have enjoyed living here. The front office folks are very nice, and its very convenient. Would live here again.

Texas street is in such a great location and the staff here is top notch! Kenzie, Brandon and Nikki are a great team and maintenance is always so responsive and timely in getting things done and keeping the community looking it’s best!

Apartment Management is not good. They have a renovation going on in the apartment above mine and I have been hearing extremely loud noises as they are doing a wooden flooring. This has also caused disturbance during my work meetings as I work from home. When I tried to complain about the issue, the leasing agent Taylor at the front desk was very rude and did not help at all. I asked how long would this go on for and she refused to answer saying they don’t know. I asked to he connected to someone who can answer, but wasn’t connected to anyone.
I was not at all informed about these renovations, my ceiling is almost shaking and it has caused my migraine to flare up in the middle of workday. Don’t recommend this society for the high rental price I pay here and its not worth it.

I visited the complex with a friend, we toured the property shown by Ms. Taylar. She was so efficient and informal. Very kind and willing to answer any questions.

Brandon from the leasing office is amazing, he's always helpful and king with everyone here, if you need something ask him.

Ms. Taylar showed me a one bedroom she was very professional and knowledgeable! I plan to move and I love these apartments! Perfect for me!
