Marquis at The Woodlands, Spring TX

I love this property i came here for a tour was immediately greeted, Christian was super welcoming. He did a wonderful job explaining the process and informing me with all the information. He was very professional

Great amenities, friendly staff, easily accessible and love the location and surrounding areas.

I honestly have no issues with the complex itself. It's a convenient location and they are relatively affordable itself. The staff is friendly. Maintenance appears to be responsive.

That being said, I have lived in apartments most of my adult life. Every complex I've lived in will access my apartment maybe twice per year. For fire inspection and an annual inspection.

Here, it is literally every month. It's unacceptable. If you value your privacy, look elsewhere. Water meter check, sprinkler check, dryer vent cleanout boiler inspection, etc etc. They almost made it the whole month of August without entering but they need to enter in the 28th.

The only other issue is the lack of visitor parking. I just don't have friends over because I get anxiety about them having a place to park. They need more visitor parking. Period.

Me and my fiancée love living here! The proximity to the woodlands and market street etc is amazing! Very quick access to the interstate. We get so many compliment that our apartment feels more like a house due to the layout. Staff is friendly and punctual.

Happy with the Marquis community, we have been here for more than 8 years, the common areas are nice, clean and well-kept. The management and maintenance staff always attend to requests quickly, they throw several parties to let the community know each other. I recommend it

I recently moved here and have been very happy with my apartment. The maintenance team is very responsive and our apartment unit is very spacious.

Just moved down here for a short term lease while I complete an internship. I love and would highly recommend Marquis at the Woodlands complex. Short - Long term lease at an affordable life with all the amenities and nice, new, quite units. I am very pleased with my choice to join this complex and community. Not only do I feel safe but the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Came in and wait for a tour, 2 people in front of us so we waited patiently. While we waited a few more folks came in to check out the property also. When it finally came to our turn we were passed up 2 more times by the people that came in after us. Not sure if they had appointments but would have been nice to at least be acknowledged after over an hour of waiting. We just left and decided to look elsewhere.

A place you want to come home to. My husband and I moved into The Marquis in March and we couldn't be happier with our decision. It's a dog friendly community with spacious interiors and tons of upgrades. The staff is 2nd to none and the maintenance men are quick. Added bonuses exist in food trucks that are brought in regularly and plenty of opportunities to get to know your neighbors.

Been here for 3+ yrs. And I have had a swell time. From the neighbors to office employees to maintenance crew. It is very nice, well kept and sweet place. Would definitely recommend to others!

I just recently moved in and so far I really like it here! The management was very nice and helpful through my application/move in process. The property always looks nice you can tell it is kept up with. I love that there are resident events, I plan to attend my first one this Friday. Upon move in, my unit was super clean and they left me a little welcome package which I thought was sweet! I haven’t had issues with the unit or any appliances in the unit yet but it’s only been a few weeks. I’ll definitely come back later with an update. Overall, I would recommend these apartments to my friends/family and it’s also affordable too!

So far, it is a wonderful experience staying at Marquis at The Woodlands. Maintenance crew are prompt to respond to emergencies or work orders.

Worst place to leave, first week we moved someone broke in into our car, they did nothing, once you move out be ready to be in collection. They sent us to collection for reparations that never exist, we asked them for proves since we knew apartment was in perfect condition and they don’t have any. Just want to get money from you laying on reparations. DO NOT MOVE THERE

Great Great move in experience! I just finished signing my lease. The whole staff was very welcoming. But Kelley bent over backwards! I move all the time for work, and this was a smooth transition. Thanks again!

If it would be possible i would give negative stars! We where on the Memorial Day Weekend at the Appartment complex to visit Friends, which are tenants Over there.with around 200 Appartments this Complex Has 16 Visitor Parking spots. As anyone could think on a long weekend They where all occupied. So i parked right next to the Visitors Spot. Half of the normal parking lot on the other hand was empty because many people traveled on the weekend. Our car was away They work together with a real shady Towing Company Named South County. Which shamelessy make use of this parking lot as a cashcow On the phone the rude lady was just asking for Cash. Because my Car is a company Car they refused to give it back to me in the same night. So i had to come back next Morning with more Paperwork and paid 325 Dollars. I called the Leasing office the next Working day to at least geat a partial refund because there is also no public parking availabe in the Vicinty and also Could proof that i was there to visit one of their rent paying clients.
But Kelly refused every negotiation and insisted on her Policy Handbook.
Our Friend the tenant complained as well about the Situation and they told him he should let his visitors park at a half mile distance gas Station?
Guys if you want to rent an appartment there you better be very lonely and never recieve visits.
Originally i thought this might be a good place to give Housing for future Coworkers From Europe. But they are social and will have visitors with cars.
I would not have written this review if they at least would say okay on Memorial Day its another Story we tell our Tow Hillbillies to be HUMAN.i totally get it when Cars getting towed when it is blocking a fireline But not like this. I Bet they get a provision
