I thoroughly enjoy coming here. I feel like Dr. Cates is so pleasant and passionate about helping me with even the simplest of eye issues such as itchy, tired eyes, or making sure my contacts settle correctly. She has made some excellent product recommendations that are simple and effective.

Not to mention DENNIS! Omg I have so much fun picking out glasses with him every year. I always look forward to it and know that he won’t let me get anything that doesn’t suit me or make my eyes and face pop. We always get something fun and unique, and I leave happy.

Everyone is so kind and welcoming! Dr. Marshall is by far the best optometrist I’ve ever had-I’ve been a patient over 10 years. I’m always impressed that he has the newest and most up-to-date equipment. He always takes the time to make sure that I am prescribed the best contact lenses for my needs. Dr Marshall is very knowledgeable regarding the latest technologies to help prevent worsening myopia. He takes the time to explain his recommendations.he answered all my questions and has a pleasant bedside manner. His office is fast efficient polite and punctual. He’s the best optometrist I’ve seen in decades!

I've asked 2 times for my records to be faxed to a different cataract doctor and was assured it would be done. The 2nd call I was told the doctor's office would have to contact them which they did, still no records. Got to my cataract doctor today for appointment and still no records so I called, gave them the fax number again, was assured they would send immediately, they never did. Bottom line, very unhappy with office staff. I liked Dr. Cates but office staff does not deliver what they say they will do.

I've been a patient of Dr. Brian Marshall for many years, he and Dr Tina Marshall are the perfect pair. They both provide optimum service, very professional yet personable. You can't go wrong with either and they are both very knowledgeable in the field. The practice has expanded and the location is great! Your Eyes are in good hands!

I love Dr. Marshall and I’ve been with him for many years. I made the mistake of trying someone different last year, solely out of convenience in location, and I immediately regretted it. Turns out I had the wrong prescription and contact fit causing a ton of eye strain.

I really appreciate how Dr. Marshall takes the time to listen to all of my concerns and then actually investigate and not just blow them off. I will NEVER go any place else again.

Also, thanks to Dennis and Van for helping me get into a new pair of glasses and contacts. They too spent plenty of time with me answering all of my questions. Everyone did such a great job, thank you!

I want to say that Dr. Cates is great and patient. She gave me plenty of trials to find the best contacts for me. But the office people are disappointing and dishonest. After I got my eyes checked for contacts, Dr. Cates explained the cost of each contact box and offered me that she would price match my contacts if it was reasonable since I usually get it from Costco. When I decided to order my contacts, the manager acted like he did not understand or what it means to price match. He didn't even check with Dr. Cates. Also, the receptionist and the manager said that Costco will not take my insurance in which that was not true. I did confirm with Costco and they do take my insurance. I would not go back because of their unprofessionalism and dishonesty.

The most pleasant eye doctor experience. Everyone was incredibly nice. The office itself was very clean well kept. Dr Marshall was super nice and informative - explained everything in easy to understand detail.

This was my second year coming to Marshall Eye Center. I saw doctor Marshall, he spent a great amount of time with me and went above and beyond explaining each function of testing and future treatment. Dennis helped me select my frames and was helpful & not overwhelming or pushy. Clean facility & all around a great experience.

I have been going to Marshall Eye care for several years. Dr. Marshall and his team are wonderful. I would recommend this place!

This team was very cordial but the doctor was not thorough. I have glasses to drive (near sighted) and a pair for the computer as I despise progressive lenses. Both glasses were purchased at this facility. However the doctor never addressed this. Instead they automatically assumed I’d purchase progressive lenses. I consider this poor communication and a lack of attention to details.

Dr Marshall and his team is very nice and helpful and they helped me get the lenses just right!

I love Marshall Eye Care. Dr. Marshall is patient and he has a great sense of humor. The whole office makes you feel like they have known you forever. I would highly recommend Dr. Marshall and his team.
