Marshall Park reviews
9Good neighborhood friendly park. More seating around the play ground and field might be nice, but it's great. Saturday morning Frisbee games are great!
They need to maintain the park better. We have been 3 times this summer. The trash is always full and stinks. There is food all over the seated areas with ants. And the splash pad has wasps flying all over. All 3 times a child has been stung.
Great little park/ splash pad combo.
Bathrooms are in okay condition, definitely way better than a porta potty
Small enough where I can watch the kids from a bench or table
Nice small toddler size play area with cute slash pad. Playground rubber type flooring is HOT when it’s very sunny. Recommend flip flops or water shoes for those kids or parents that may go back and forth between splash pad and playground area
Had fun. The Weatherford Police Department was handing out funky munky, and the kids played in the water. It was really fun. I do not know how it is without an event, though. I will have to try it out.
Today was a nice event hanging out with some of our great local police officers & having our favorite snow cones from Funky Munky.
Water splash park and large covered patio with tables. Large open area, but watch out for the fire ants!
Nice park, but the water part of it doesn't run all the time during the summer: (my son loves the water, so it's kind of a let down. Sucks for those families who live nearby when their kids just wanna play.
We love the splash pad at Marshall park…. There’s a bathroom-clean, a playground and a large shaded Pavilion to sit under. So fantastic! And the heat has only just begun!
