Wait time for customer service and had to leave.furniture and clothing options we great just didnt have the time to wait and hour in line with 1 cashier and 15 people in line.

Tbh this place is a wreck and not very organized, makeup isn’t even all in the same spot and it smells pretty weird here. Unsanitary with how they leave people’s Starbuck drinks on items and it’s just sitting there. Definitely don’t recommend coming here.

Easily the best Marshall's I have ever been to. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff plus a well organized and clean store. Excellent selection, well stocked and fast checkout. Plenty of parking in covered parking garage. Safe, upscale neighborhood of Preston Center and University Park. Highly recommended.

What fantastic deals I found! A swimsuit for $15! Where can you go to find good quality and reasonable pricing! Cute workout clothes too!

I usually really like this Marshall's for their better quality styles that this location carries. Poorly stocked and organized. No swimsuits to choose from.not sure what is going on here. Maybe they haven't had a shipment in some time? Easy parking and in and out.

I couldn't find anything except shorts. They had a big selection there was just nothing that stood out to me.

Always lots of great name brand and specialty inventory. Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. One of the few places that carry your bags for you to the car.

They didn't let me exchange pants here because I bought them last year and were asking for a receipt. Wouldn't issue a gift card or anything. This is the first time I've ever heard this bizzare rule for returns, but won't be buying here again with this broken policy.

The return policy is terrible. Without a receipt, their system is not capable of bringing up your past purchases when using a credit card. When compared to other retailers, they are still in the prehistoric age of commerce.

What a dumpster! This place doesn’t even deserve a star to be honest. Customers service is rude, the manager appears with his eyes all red like he is on drug. He could barely talk.
Please take your money somewhere else. That’s it for me! I rather to throw money into the trash than spending my money on Marshall ever again

Worst Marshall's I've ever been to. Messy, dirty, disorganized, parking is a pain, just a really bad store I definitely will not be visiting again.

Entrance is on the corner where the CVS is at -shared along with other office entrances - and an escalator will take you to a basement level Marshall's. The inventory is quite decent and was able to find everything I needed, but the entrance was a little hard to find when I was driving around.

This is a great Marshall’s to shop at. It gets pretty busy on weekends so the inventory will churn every few days. They have free parking on the streets around the building and also a large garage across the way.

They used to have a great selection for Men's clothing, but they've clearly switched their inventory. Now there's only a small corner and very limited on the choices. I will never shop here again!

I love Marshalls but the they need to step it up with the clothes. I use to go in there and could always find a good buy but not so much now.

I had a great experience at Marshall's today. I went in Sunday at 6pm, 2 hours before closing. They have a large selection of women's clothing. They actually have a little bit of skirts and dress pants, unlike other Marshall's locations. Shoe variety was okay, but not enough sizes. There is street side, diagonal parking. And there is a parking garage across the street. I will definitely be back.

I am an usual Marshalls' shopper but this location wasn't up to part to the other stores I've shopped at. The women's clothes selection was poor to say the least. I'm on my thirties and felt like everything was geared towards older women. First time I leave empty handed from a Marshalls!

And.the fact that it is on a basement made it creepy to me!

Parking lot across the street and location are a plus though. Yet, if the merchandise isn't like in other stores there's no point on going there!

Some weird Indian dude who kicked us out for no reason at all his name was mr monhuku and he is very weird, other people were normal though

Very good location from the street. The store was in disarray, merchendise was all over ans on the floor. Not many associates to assist if you had any questions or needed to find something. Have not been in since. Okay place to go if just a quick looksy.
