Marshalls, Watauga TX

I love this store! That manger that worked Sunday the 10th around 6 pm was so sweet. I bought a mirror and her employee helped me walk it to my car. The store was clean and had tons of great stuff!

Always a friendly helpful staff here, i just go there to browse and sometimes i find good stuffs with a bargain price.

I love this store. Great designer labels at great prices. Love to come and see what new items they have every week.

Really like Marshalls deals but some are hard to find unless you want to dig through mixed sizes. Some great deals on shoes and home goods

A bit pricey. The store setup is like Ross Dress for Less. The clothing is unorganized like a big garage sale. If you wanted a certain clothing items but in a different size, good luck & it will take an hour or two to go through all the racks. If you ask for help the sales associates will tell you they have no idea if there is another identical item in any size-it may be the only one.

Cashier was not helpful at all, but gave a lame excuse for the difference on a double-price marked item. She failed to even read the tag that went with the item. Poor Customer Service.

Marshall's is a store. They have this really nice candle for a decent price whenever I don't want to spend BBW money.

Love to walk around here and find things. Usually go here for home knick knacks and not for particular things in mind.

I absolutely love shopping at this particular Marshall’s. They have a great selection of athletic famous brands. The store is a bit small compare to other Marshall’s. They also carry a lot of brand name athletic shoes.

Decent 2nd goods type store. They have a little bit of everything but not very much of any one thing. Clean facilities, decently organized, friendly and helpful staff. Good to pop in every once in a while to see whats new.

Everything is good pricing for what it is. Yes this is like Ross, but with more designer stuff; so basically the pricing of clothes will usually cost more than those at Ross. Everything else like electronics, pet stuff, accessories, etc. Is the same as Ross or less and clothing brand that is not known too.

I do appreciate the sales personnel, cashiers, managers. They are all
helpful, pleasant and respectful. This is my favorite place to visit and
Shop. Thanks to you all!

Picked up a few prezzies for the team back home. And myself! Got what i wanted, hassle-free, prices just about OK.

There was no sale associates on the floor n if i count one she didn't acknowledge i was there in need of assistance! And i actually found a young man who was, i believe a stocker n he answered my question, n i said thank-you n walked out of marshalls! So much for customer service n fyi, i have been in marshalls on numerous occasions n hasn't changed much. Thank- you but no thank-you!

Their baby clothes selection isnt much at this Marshalls but theres lots of cool toys. I was a dollar short to get my daughter her birthday gift and the employee checking me out payed the difference. They treat their customers so well
