Marshalls & HomeGoods, Conroe TX

Ran in because I needed a gift card. Three sales associates were just sitting around at the entrance, so I asked if it were possible for either of them to ring me up since I was on a time crunch. They were quite dismissive & went on about their conversation.

I understand there was a line, I was just hoping to receive a kinder response.

This was my first time at this location & I most likely will not return. I’m very big on customer service. I believe the employees’ actions are a representation of the company & how it operates.

Combination of both stores. Each was very small and crowded. Made some purchases but prefer the larger, individual stores.

Full to the brim.of goodies that I need and don't need. Oops I did it again. Marshall's girl have to have my fix.

Same as usual. Not a lot of new must haves lately and the plus size section is a let down.

I love shopping here but have learned if you see something you like you should buy it or it will likely be gone! Very nice we staff and easy returns.

They need to get rid of the pillows by the line…It leaves very little room to get around the front of the store, and when it’s time to check out if someone’s in front of you looking you are not able to get around!

I went to pick up a piece of furniture my wife had purchased earlier in the day. It was a little too big for her car. When I came in to the Conroe store, the Staff was Friendly and Helpful. They brought it out on a cart and assisted me with putting it in my truck, In the Rain! Thank You Very Much!

The food selection and kitchen gadgets here is, the rug selection here is no good, same with slippers imo, the facial care here and hair care is fire too, but grab them quick no joke ppl load their carts here with this stuff.

Not a very good setup, aisles are tight and crowded especially if you are pushing a shopping cart and most of the breakables where on the end caps.

The aisle only fit one customer & cart making shopping unpleasant! On brite side The store has great items for good price!

This is a well kept HomeGoods store with plenty of good pieces to choose from. Definitely one of the best!

Very warm welcoming. Love all the decorations that area out now. The ppl working there are very nice.
Can't wait to visit again.

Overall I give it a 5/5 (mostly for the HomeGoods store). Marshall's I'd give a 3.5 rating to.

Selection - 5/5 The selection at HomeGoods is a great experience. Unique layout and great items. It's a fun trip. Selection in the store is better than online for most items (things appear to sellout online first)

Pricing 5/5 - The pricing is competitive and as a result its worth showing up in person.

Layout / Appearance - 3/5 - HomeGoods looks great. Marshalls its kind of all over the place (especially with their items). It's strange as some items at Marshalls appears to match a set at HomeGoods. You would think they would put things together.

Upkeep - 3/5 - Things appear to be in different counters / sections (often misplaced, etc). These items need more attention.

Customer Service - 4/5 - Lines are short and the individuals appear courteous and helpful (want to be helpful). At the same time, their knowledge is a little low but they try.

Great store with a decent selection. This location has a sizeable "food section" where you can find unique snacks perfect for stocking stuffers! The prices are reasonable as well, on par with Ross. They have okay clothing though, I would not come here for that if shopping for adults and you need anything except active attire. The kids clothing is fine however but limited.

Omggggggggggg what's not to love the merchandise is absolutely Beautiful and the prices are reasonable. The associates have Beautiful personalities
