The manager is very rude, I used to shop there often until she was rude to me in front everyone. Not shopping there again.

I love this place.its clean and has a surprising amount of high quality stuff.we come here to look and always find stuff.lines are long but move fast amd i always seem to have a cheery back and forth with whoever is checking me out.marshalls will always make me feel better if im in a bad mood

They have tons and tons of great finds at decent prices, especially stuff for babies! Some things were a little too cluttered but most people don't mind!

You found a bargain that’s too good to be true?
Well it is too good to be true.
Found a Polo jacket priced at a sale price of $30, as I brought it up to the cashier she laughingly said “haha this is Polo we don’t sell this that cheap, let me find the real price”.
She stated she doesn’t know who put that low price on it, but it’s not the right price.
She made me feel like a criminal, accusing me of price changing an item.even though it was an official Marshall’s tag.
I stood in a 45 minute line just to be told that the item is actually 3x the price and that they are sorry.no compensation for their error of pricing it “incorrectly”.
Whole time the 3 cashiers were whispering in Hindi to each other while looking at me briefly.
I’ve been shopping here since the location opened, say goodbye to a loyal shopper.

Not as organized and clean as some, but a large selection. I find myself really digging through or searching to find what I’m looking for.

First time going to this location, it's a great size and huge selections. It was extremely busy and long lines, so I think I'm going to go back during a non-weekend day and give it a try.

Expecting something more seasonal, good quality clothing for Pennsylvania but not for Texas

Home goods was very didapointing
Inventotory was low and did not reflect a home goods
Shelves were empty and limited my time there

Marshall's carries a lot of interesting home furnitures and decorations from India, Viet Nam, etc. I go there to buy Men's underwear like Joe's, Reebok that I can't buy anywhere else and for much less.

The store has good stuff; but they don’t have enough cashiers. I had a lot of stuffs in my hands and on my arms, then I put them back ‘cuz the line is too long.

Our firt6time going to this place I wanted to decorate my daughter's bathroom and get curtains for the living room.well there were sooo many ppl there I couldn't maneuver through the aisles and the lines were extremely long.but I will say they're check you out fast and they sanitize the shopping cart after each use. I'll be back but will be when they first open not at peak times.

Every time I thought I found something I wanted, it ended up being broken. Low stock. Well organized and covid compliant.

This is definitely my new go to store. Two stores in one across from Baybrook Mall! Everything in one store instead of two! Love it! Good prices, 14 check out cashiers.

OMG, found an outdoor umbrella. Left it upfront by the register as I shopped. In that time, they took it apart so it could fit in my car. The knob to hold the umbrella fell off the cart. I noticed as I drove off and came back. Holy cow- Saad & Issac helped me search the store until we found it. THEY, including management, were incredibly patient and kind. They never gave up and we're even kind enough to look in the back to help source a replacement part- luckily, we found it! Yaaaay for AWESOME customer service! Best service in a VERY long time.

The associates are very rude, hard to approach. It’s understandable they’re busy filling the shelfs, but is not an excuse. They need to treat everyone the same, they’re no nice with the minorities population. I’ve been a loyal customers for more than 12 years.

They have the best prices for name brands! If you visit them on the right days merchandise is plentiful. I notice some customers like to make the place trashy by leaving their unwanted items or beverages wherever there's a place to lay it! Also be ready for the lines because this place is happening, I call it Club Marshall's!
