Martin Tire Company, El Paso TX

Unfortunately the nail in my tire was too close to the edge and for safety reasons I had to get a new tire. They hooked it up still and I was on my way within 45 to an hour while they had plenty of cars pulling through. Would recomendable if you’re not sure about where to go first for tire needs

Bought tires from Costco, and they recommended an alignment. Being from out of town, I asked Costco tire service if they would please recommend a place. Through Costco Auto, we were given two local dealers. I chose Martin Tire. I called the, and the customer service was outstanding from beginning to end! Our appointment was made, they took care of us immediately, and serviced us quickly. I recommend them. They are courteous and efficient. To top it off, our alignment was 15% off being a Costco referral. Thank you Costco and Martin tire!

My family and I have been customers of Martin’s Tires for all of our vehicles for 25 years or so. Front desk gentlemen always professional and attentive. We’ve always been very satisfied with all their services and products. Both high quality.

Update: I brought my BMW to the service center on Mesa, because of a slow leak in my tire. They quickly pulled my car into the bay and repaired the tire. There was no charge for this service. I will continue to sing the praises of Martin Tire. They are professional and know that customers and cars want to be back on the road quickly. Thank you Martin Tire!
Older review—We got a great set of tires for under 600. I love them. They look beautiful on my little red Honda. The manufacture date was a good date on the tires not 3 or 4 year old tires like some tire centers try and pawn off on uninformed customers. We will go back for a good deal, but also because of the great customer service.

I came to them about a year ago for a tire and they where nice and helpful. When I had a tire issues again last night I went back to this place and again helpful and kind. Strongely suggest this place.

First pronto body shop now Martin tire. Nothing but good luck since I have entered El Paso. I needed alignment and then found out my one of my tires was installed inside out the wrong way by a tire company in midland tx. They usually charge 25 dollars to fix it the right way but they didn’t charge me for that service. They even gave me a free Hyundai center cap for free when they discovered my Toyota cap was missing. I just wish I could make enough money as a Cdl driver so I could afford to stay here to get them to cheaply but with good quality work keep piecing my old Corolla together. That’s probably why companies in the oilfield keep making me bring our trucks to El Paso instead of midland for preventative maintenance. They do better work for far less money in El Paso tx. Martin tire seems to be mechanically inclined and affordable.

I was very upset to find out that my tires on my 2015 chevy 2500hd. Supposedly had expired. Witch is far from the truth. As far as I know when we use a tire claim. We are given the opportunity to purchase a new warranty. For the new tire replacement. Witch I had done when I used the warranty. And now martin tire says they had expired from the original purchase. The warranty should have renewed but it apparently didn't. But now I know that this is a way that martin tire scams people. I was a loyal customer to martin tire and my track record shows as I have purchased tires for way over 10 of my cars. Well I will no longer be buying tires from martin tires. And will be going to Discount Tire for my tires.

I stoppe by a lil while ago to get a flat tire fixed and they were very unprofessional. And one guy complaining that he would the have to stay all night to work. We ended up leaving. Not doing business there in future

These guys are THE BEST! Always polite, professional and prompt. They regularly inspect any tires I suspect of having a slow leak and never charge for this service. When it comes time for me to buy new tires for any of my vehicles, rest assured that Martin Tire has earned my business!

Been coming to this location for a while for all my vehicle tire maintenance.
Stopped by today for my usual 7000 mile tire rotation at about 8: 30am. Sam the manager also had them balanced as well which was a big plus.
However, there were 3 mechanics that worked in the vehicle. The first guy took the passenger side tires off and gave them to a guy at the wheel balancer to have them balanced. He then properly rotated them, but did not torque the lug nuts. Then the driver side tires were handed off to a third mechanic, but forget to rotate the tires, although he did torque the lug nuts.
Thankfully I was watching and was able to have them properly rotate the driver side tires and torque the passenger side lug nuts.
Luckily, also, the valve stems on the 2 tires that are always paired together either on the front or the rear, are identical and are different from the other 2 tires, so I will always know if they have not been rotated properly, even if I haven’t been watching.

Excellent experience overall. Martin Tire accurately diagnosed the problem. Sam answered all questions thoughtfully and in an unhurried manner. Car was ready the same day and price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

I came in to do an oil change. The service was great and they did tell me about my air filter and had it replaced. They also did tell my how much mile I have on my spark plus before it needs to be changed.

I went to have a break check done and was quoted over 500 for breaks. After getting off the phone I received another phone call from the same technician talking bad about me to another employee. This was/is unacceptable behavior in my opinion.

Went in to get a tire fixed and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The process was very quick. I was most impressed with the customer service representative. Excellent service all the way around. Thank you

I’ve been a returning customer to plenty of other Martin Tire locations in El Paso for the past decade or more and have always been more than happy with the service and hospitality. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about this last visit (3/14). A certain Mr. Aguilar was at the front desk when I walked in, and he did not meet my expectations of Martin Tire service and hospitality. I simply requested if my tire, which was low on air, could be changed for a new tire. After some discussion about the tread life on my tires I was told there was a good chance the warranty would not cover the replacement. With no other choice I agreed and had to ask for a quote time and was told more than an hour and a half. This was intriguing to me because there was only one other car in the bay and absolutely no cars in the lot. At other Martin Tires I’ve seen a backed up lot with plenty of cars in line and had my car serviced in half the time quoted or less. Nevertheless I didn’t question it and went to grab some lunch. About 30 minutes into my lunch I received a call from Mr. Aguilar informing me that my tire had a nail in it. I thanked him for the update and proceeded to inquire if the warranty would cover the replacement and I was told it would. The conversation ended and I realized I wasn’t told if the car was going to be ready soon or not. I proceeded to wait another 20 minutes or so before calling back to check on the status of the vehicle and Mr. Aguilar told me he would call me when it was ready. I then waited another hour before deciding that it had been too long and returned to the shop. When I arrived my car was ready in the lot as if it had been ready for some time and maybe someone had forgotten to call me. When I entered to pay and retrieve my keys the only words spoken to me by Mr. Aguilar was what the total for the service would be. I paid cash and he couldn’t even give me exact change. Without saying another word he hangs my keys out in front of me and gives me my receipt. Like I said Ive been a customer of Martin Tire for years and I’ve always felt like family. I will not be returning to this location. I live near this location and I would rather drive to the other side of town to change my tire.

Went to replace a truck tire that blew out the night before, new tire was in stock. Replaced tire in less than 1/2hr. Manager and Tech - both very polite/friendly. Martin Tires, Mesa St - Westside El Paso TX.

I might start driving over more nails so I can come in and see these guys. Great customer service, great work, and great facilities. If u r having any tire troubles or ur in need of a good conversation this is the place to go!

Drove in from out of town and had been needing a tire rotation and balance service done. Drove up, got greeted and they serviced my vehicle promptly. There was an issue I had forgotten about and they reminded me of said issue. Service and sales department were great. Recommend this place for your tire and service needs.

Was recommended by Zet @ Sam's Tire & Battery Ctr. Was able to get my truck's oil changed right away. Place is clean (to include the restrooms), employees are professional and courteous and prices are reasonable. Was going to do it myself, but was just too tired. Pedro was also able to get me in at 2 to get my brakes checked. So I will be back in abt an hour.

These guys are my heroes. I’m traveling cross country in my MB Sprinter RV. Had a blow out on one of my rear dually tires between Las Cruces and El Paso. We called and they said come on in. Turns out we had issues with a couple of other tires so they replaced all six tires in just a little over an hour. Friendly staff, fast work, fair price and all on a holiday Monday. Can’t say enough good things about the guys at Martin Tire. Don’t hesitate, go here!
