I was told they took a certain credit card however when I went to go pay they did not accept it after all. However, the associate was very patient and understanding and we were able to get the tire payment worked out.

Worst Martin tire shop to go to. Don't go to that one guys. They make up their own story's when the truth your saying isn't true to them. They won't believe you and try to get money out of you.

Walked right on in. Qualified for financing and got 4 new tires and a alignment. Real fast good service.

Came in for a full set and alignment. Got a call a few hours later, said to do a proper alignment parts would need replacement. Ok usually happens as all the suspension and steering components are still factory. The quote for just the full set, mount, balance, alignment, and protection plan was just under $1000. Reasonable, however the new quote with just two upper control arms (with ball joints attached) added and labor would have come out to $3000. I priced the control arms at two auto parts stores, they were only $150 a piece. So my question is, are your part made of gold or are you legitimately trying to charge $200+ in labor? Would have given three but customer service was great and the tires look great and were balanced perfectly. Just the attempted highway robbery is sickening.

They were very helpful and quick, I've never had any issues with Martin Tire and I recommend them the pricing is fair and staff is great!

Outstanding customer service. The spare tire was not safe to drive on and the needed tire replacement was not at the NE site. The manager drove to Lee Trevino center during rush hour to pick up the needed tire. It was significant wait time but well worth it to have safe tires to drive with.

Love coming to this location, been coming for years due to the friendly service, quality of service, and speed.

They send coupons by mail, you go to change your oil and guess what they didn't have standard oil, so they offer the double price one. Never will go to that place again. AND WILL NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANY ONE.
