We were in a hurry, as most people are these days, and we were given fast and thorough service. Greatly appreciate the professionalism and timely service.

Took my vehicle, had a nail in my right rear tire. Arrived at 745 am. Talked with [Jesus] at The Montwood store in El Paso. Another Tech gave my keys, didn't have to anything. I have an active account there. Was driving away after 841 am. Great service and usually fast always. I live about 15 minutes away, closer to a different Tire place. I Always go to This Martin Tire place.

Good experience here. Had to get an alignment done on my truck. It was pretty expensive, but I got what I needed done.

Quick service. With that of course comes the occasional stripped lug or missing nut, but that will happen almost everywhere. The six month same as cash interest free payment option is the best!

Quick service. I went there for an Alignment. I arrived at about 7: 45 knowing the technicians arrive at 8: 00. Was checked in quickly and was back on the road by 8: 30.

My Vehicle had a Nail in the tire and staff there told me it would take about 1 hour. There was a few vehicles ahead of us. It was a courtesy repair and did not have to pay for repair. That was worth the wait. Thanks Montwood team for your help.

Went in for a simple oil change with a coupon and everything was going fine but then I was asked if I wanted he filter changed and coolant, I was told it'd be an additional 20 plus change for it so I confirmed with the employee that my total would now be $71-72. He confirmed this and that was fine but then when they finished I now had a new total of 252 which I waaay more than what we had discussed and told to me. I asked why it was so much and he let me know the biggest charge was for the coolant flush. This new price was not disclosed to me AT ALL. How is it that my total went from what we discussed to something entirely waaay above what I would be paying. The employee told me it was what was discussed but that price was not given to me before hand or I would've declined that service. So make sure they break down EVERYTHING first because this was not done with me.
