Today my car was giving the alert for low air on one of the tires, I stop to get it checked, David helped me and he was very Profesional and very nice he checked all of them and adjust the air, thank you!

All employees were professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Went in for an air leak to one of my tires; ended up being a problem with the stem. They resolved the issue straightaway. The gentleman at the register said it was an easy fix so no charge! Couldn’t believe it! Still left them a tip for the excellent service. They definitely have my business going forward!

Totally unacceptable! Went in early for brakes and radiator service. Was told 2 to 3 hour service, they would keep me informed on the status of my truck. 4 hours later I called and was informed they couldn't get to my truck till the next day. Total lack of communication from them. Cancelled and not even an apology when I went for my keys. Never again, don't recommend at all

Tire repair was really quick and they say its part of my tire now. Friendly service reps. I would go there again if I have to. The repair was fairly cheap. I don't know about new tires though. New tires seem to be competitively priced again very quick service very friendly representatives.

Very profesional, helpful, tires installed on time. They Did all at once checked my car oil and fluids. I was not expecting this! That’s a plus to me!

Mr Dielh, the manager, assisted me. He was very thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done with my car. He provided me with a ride to and from my home. My car was ready before the estimated time. I am very appreciative for all their help.

This store was highly recommended by family members and I got a good deal. They did forget to reset the tire sensors, so my tires kept reading at different pressures during every trip. They told me my tires needed replacing because my alignment was off but didn't tell me they performed the service there. It was fortunate that I overheard a service advisor tell another customer about the alignment when I went in the 2nd time. I also needed an oil change to head to AZ and wasn't told they also do oil changes until I was being handed my keys to leave. Their customer service could be improved some. I was told some AZ tire stores will honor my warranty but couldn't get a list when I asked for it.

I guess there's no customer service in the morning. Cause I was treated like I was doing something wrong instead of getting help.
The second time I went back. The manager helped me without any problems took care of me.

As soon as I get there I was greeted and rolled my truck in remove a screw from the rear tire and checked the tires air pressure and I was able to drive back home without worrying of a flat tire.
