I ordered a dining room set from them and it was delivered within two weeks. The delivery team made contact with me beforehand to schedule a time, and then showed up right on time. They quickly assembled the items and gave us plenty of time to inspect everything to make sure we were happy.

We were looking for some table chairs, and found the ones we liked there. The service was great, and free delivery. Glad we stopped there, we will be back again when we are wanting something else.

Excellent customer service. My daughter and I went looking for a couch for my apartment. I have serious problems with walking and getting up from a seated position. They were kind, patient, and very helpful. We found a couch that we liked. They offered same day delivery but I asked for the next day. They came and brought the couch in the closed box! No question about it being new. However it was the wrong color. The delivery men took it back with no issues and they delivered the right color the same day. I'll definitely be going back for other furniture I may need. Highly recommended!

SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE.my husband and i bought a set of couches and were told they should be ready in about a week. We didn’t want the $125 delivery fee so we said we can do pick up and asked if they would be assembled for us and they said YES THEY WOULD. So, I called them a week later in which they told us that the couches should get here the following day and that they will give us a call. Following day arrived - no phone call. My husband called the following day, on Friday, and they told him the couches should be there that next day. Saturday arrived and no phone call. I decided to call since it was already well over a week from what they promised and they tell me that they told us it would get there Monday or Tuesday, and that they would give us a call. No need to call them. I told the clerk that they did not give us those days. (plus why would I be calling every since day if they had apparently already given us a set day?). I decided to await the phone call that Monday or Tuesday and nothing. I called Wednesday (2 weeks later) to see if they were ready and the lady told us that they were READY AND ASSEMBLED since Monday. She said they called us and left a voicemail but there was nothing. I clarified and made sure that the couches were assembled for pickup and the lady said yes.so then tell me why my husband shows up to pick them up today IN BOXES. They didn’t assemble them! Worst experience ever. Even though it was a hassle, I’m glad we didn’t give them any more money than we needed to. When someone mentions getting new furniture or needing new furniture I will definitely make sure to tell them to not step foot in any Martinez furniture stores.

We also had a bad experience at the one on 23rd before arriving to this one… they were not friendly and seemed like they just wanted us out. We should’ve trusted our gut and stayed away from either of em.
