As a client of this Law firm, I was dealing with family issues and when I explained the problem they jumped right on it. Even when I was rude sometimes and demanding they never got a negative attitude, just did like I asked and got the job done and they are affordable. I learned alot and I would definitely choose them again in the future, I definitely will refer them to anybody, thanks for all of yalls hard work

PLEASE BEWARE! I rarely leave bad reviews - i am one to believe that mistakes happen or sometimes people have bad days but that is not the case here. This is a very money driven company. I had problems with them in the very beginning of them trying to charge me hundreds of dollars extra for services included in my contract. Luckily I kept a copy of the contract (because it does not show up in the client portal - ironically) and was able to get them to remove the extra charges. This should have been my first red flag but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and just tried to keep a close eye on future charges. When i had only 2 payments left on my first stage amount, my debit card was cancelled for fraudulent charges - i contacted their office that same day to let them know that i was picking up a new card and would send them the new payment information. I submitted the new information and made a payment using my new card. For some reason that information was not saved so they continued to try to charge my old card for the last payment - i sent multiple messages letting them know they charged the wrong card - i was sent a form to fill out my new card information again - then continued to charge the wrong card AGAIN. I then received a text message threatening to withdraw if i did not make the payment by that afternoon. I called and talked to their office lady (she is super sweet and none of this review is directed towards her) and she informed me the lady who had taken my information did not save it. They had also tried to charge me MULTIPLE failed payment fees even though i had told them over and over again that they were charging the wrong card. Luckily the office lady agreed with me that i should not be charged for their mistake so she dropped them. I then receive a text from my lawyer Cody Martin hours later telling me i owe them 1800 - (i would owe another 1500 for the next stage but not the amount he was stating) I brought this to his attention and he informed me i still owe him $600.00 for the first stage - i had just gotten an invoice showing i only have 1 more payment of $111.00 until i am fully paid (which i just paid that morning) so i was very confused - i told him this -sent him a copy of the invoice - his response is " i was being nice and didn't charge you the full agreed upon amount". LOL! So you decided to charge me less 5 months ago when we started working together to be nice -then now that you are hurting for money you want to randomly add that amount back on after i am perceived to be done with payments according to your invoice records? I also had multiple messages from him stating that it would cost me 1500 for the second stage - somehow that amount went up over $200.00 - when i brought it to his attention that that was not the amount he said originally (sent him a screenshot of his own text) he told me i could pay him a lump sum of the 1500 by that Friday (it was currently mid-day Monday) then i had myself a deal. As if that is just pocket money. After going back and forth over this - the amount i owe has now changed to 2100.00 even though the original retainer fee makes it impossible for me to owe anything over 2k. Please save yourself the stress and headache. P. S. No offense to any other lawyers at this firm - i am only speaking on my experience with Cody Martin.

It took a bit for my case because of the courts timing but Andy and his firm did a great job keeping me in the loop and not complicating the case anymore then it needed to be. Andy has been beyond amazing thru this whole process! He was always very quick to respond to any questions I had and would explain everything in detail to make sure I understood.
