My wife was a paying member of the Coppell, Texas Massage Envy (ME) for over eight (8) years. She paid ME over $6,000 plus gratuities to the therapists. Well, at our senior citizen age, she developed a health issue that prevented her from getting the services she had paid for covering 11 months or $715 paid with NO services received. We attempted to negotiate a compromise to get my wife the 11 massages she had paid for. This attempted compromise was not acceptable to ME Coppell. The manager at ME Coppell wanted my wife to continue to pay OR freeze her membership and receive NO services for 6 months. This manager resigned soon after giving us their decision. The ME Coppell manager told my wife and I, in a face to face meeting, that they really do NOT have customers who stay with ME for 8+ years. So there you have it, ME does not care - they just want to keep charging your credit card - get your money! To h_ with long term customers.

I have tried Massage Envy a handful of times with hopes that my bad experience was a fluke. I used to be a member but cancelled my membership due to the poor experiences I have had. I have had one masseuse who was more concerned about talking on her phone then providing the service I paid for, my 60 minute massage was less than 45 minutes. Upon complaining to the manager I was told I would be given a massage credit, that I never received. I was given a gift card by a friend and my masseuse was doing a great job but had to stop and run out 2 times to vomit and no apology or discount was given. No offer for someone new. I went in today because I was having severe muscle spasms and back pain and couldn’t get in anywhere else, so I scheduled an appointment. After my mediocre massage that was again not the full time, I was charged more than double because I was no longer a member. $115 for not even the agreed 60 minute massage is absurd and robbery. I gave ample opportunity for this company to prove their services were worth anything and I was continuously disappointed. I will not be back ever again and most definitely don’t recommend them. Huge disappointment!

After closing temporarily, they charged my account without notice. After asking for a refund and cancellation, I'm told I have to get a DOCTOR'S NOTE as proof I cannot be seen and get a cancellation - NO REFUNDS allowed. They are screwing their clients over because Greg Abbott said it was okay to. How do they expect to get continued business when they treat their most vulnerable customers like their personal piggy bank?

Great experience here! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I worked with Katherine, who was fabulous! She really focused on how she could accommodate my needs and relieve my pain. Would highly recommend!

After having a very dissatisfying experience at another location earlier in the day with my therapist not being there when I showed up. I called the Coppell location and they were able to squeeze me in an hour later so I took that appointment. The ladies at the front were so nice when I checked in and were telling me everything to expect with my therapist.

It was EXACTLY what I needed, the therapist, Basudeb listened to the specific areas I needed focused on and continued to communicate with me throughout the massage. I was in desperate need of a massage due to serious tension and he worked it out. I’ll need to go back for further sessions just because of the amount of tension, but I left feeling much better than I walked in. Added the deep muscle therapy enhancement with the hot towels and biofreeze and it has helped a ton.

I really enjoyed my massage with Basudeb, it was the deep pressure I needed. If you need a relaxing massage that is not deep, I’d suggest asking the ladies at the front for a suggestion on a different therapist. But if you need specific tension worked out in your muscles, I highly suggest Basudeb!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Even wrote a review on the corporate site 2 days ago and still have not received a phone call from management. Been a long time customer and I am very disappointed in the way they handled my gift card "disappearing". I bought 2, $100 gift cards on Wednesday night, got home looked in the envelope about 30 minutes later and only one was in there. I immediately called the desk to let them know what happened thinking they could cancel the transaction, since I have the receipt with the gift card numbers on it and gift me another one. They told me there was nothing they could do about it and the manager would call me tomorrow. I never got a call from the manager, but of course the same girl that did my transaction. After I got off work, I even went back by on Thursday evening with my receipt to see if they would assist me, they again did not and told me the manager would call me Friday, again, no phone call all day Friday. So that was Wednesday and it is now Saturday, I still have not heard anything from anyone at Massage Envy. The reason I got giftcards was because I did not have the time to go shopping and the presents were going to be gifted on Thursday. So embarrassing to not give your staff a present when they give you something and then you pay money for something you never received. Also, I would like to add that both days it was the same 2 employees so very possible the manager was never even informed, I am hoping so at least. Again, I am a long time customer, very upsetting. My father gets weekly massages and has been informed he is their longest customer for the last 10 years at a nearby location. Definitely not making themselves look good from a corporate stand point. Hard to continue doing business with a company that treats their customers as so.

Stephanie was great. 90 minute massage that they took care of for me cause if scheduling problems. Very nice office. Relaxing.

Much like Alex G, I was in so much pain later, and had light headed spells so I had to call off work. This is rare for me, and it was many months ago. I never returned, and I have attended massage envy in a number of US locations!
