Brandon at South 360 is amazing at deep tissue. He listens to your issues and can alter pressure based on what your body needs. I workout a lot and came in with my usual aches and pains. I feel good as new afterward.

Brandon was my awesome massage therapist. I wanted a deep tissue massage, and Brandon overachieved my expectations with his delivery. After a day, I can still feel the muscles Brandon worked extensively.

Loved the clinic but once an employee decided to be very rude to me it put a very bad taste in my mouth.

I spoke with Tiffany in regards to cancelling my membership due to a cardiac issue and originally thought maybe I would freeze for the interim but once I spoke with Tiffany I was adamant on cancelling. She has ZERO professionalism when speaking with a client and downright rude and distasteful. The other young ladies up front are so sweet but unfortunately I cannot say the same about Tiffany.

My daughter was a former employee who gave her resignation due to unfortunate circumstances and because she is no longer employee I am being treated with utter disrespect.

I am very much on the go so I pop into different spas when it’s most convenient for me and of all the places I’ve been LAKENIA gives the BEST massage! She is very powerful if you like deep tissue! I came in with neck and shoulder pain and I swear she worked on every single muscle and even did my scalp and face! Her techniques were unique and her energy was very calming. I will definitely be back to see her!

I had a facial. She was very informative and very concern. Mrs Yen always provides world class service. She explains to you step by step on what products she uses and also provides details on what your skin care needs.

I'm going to start at the front calling to get an appointment set up for a massage the person that answered the phone was yawning the whole time she talked, set the appointment up only to call me 2 hours later and tell me that the person that does the massage called in sick. This is sad because they don't want to do their jobs. Pitiful.

Always so relaxing. She explains process and products in detail. Provides feedback and recommends skin care.

Edit: Still visiting Yen, who is still awesome. She makes every session count and is so kind and professional. The facility itself is spotless and serene and somehow maintains that feeling of calm even when you’re not in the tranquility room. First-rate.

Yen is simply the best! She administers an excellent pain-management regimen (and great aesthetic services, too). I’m a regular monthly massage client and now I schedule regular facials, too. The facility is always spotless and rigorous in its pandemic protocols.

Mr. Brandon did an excellent job on my 90 min massage. I feel asleep several time during the session but he continued to provide the service. I will be booking with him again soon.
