Massage Heights Parkway Village, Houston TX

I previously left a good review for this place because they asked me to. Now, they are terrible. Their employees change up policies and give you different information. Some of them are very rude. They hit you account for extra appointments and then say that their system doesn't show anything so they can't find it out. They overcharged me on my last visit. I called to speak with a manager to go over any issues before posting a bad review but nobody calls you back. It has been 10 days. Do not use or trust this place. I have been a customer for about 16 months.

This was my third time going and I loved it. Mrs. Linda was my masseuse. She was very nice, I loved her conversation, and her massages are amazing. Loved her spirit. I will definitely be going back and really soon. Thank you for an amazing experience?

First time at this location, been over a year since my last massage so lots of built up tension. Kayla was awesome! Focused on problem areas, great with communication too. I felt amazing after and am very happy with the experience. Didn't catch her name but front desk was helpful and great to talk to as well.

We got a gifgt card from our friends to go to Massage Heights. My wife went there May 19th and shared the gift code. They insisted to get her credit card numbers so as to "enroll" her in their system. And guess what, they charged her 60 bucks. Totally unacceptable. They told her they would not charge and they did. We since then have moved overseas. My wife called them asking for a refund, we never go it. This is ILLEGAL BEHAVIOUR. Go to other places in the same neighborhood.

My first impression of this location was a negative one, but I spoke to Lori, the franchise director about my experience. She helped resolve the issue and was very professional. I decided to try out this location again next week with a new therapist!

Ask for Casey! Best massage, customer service is wonderful from the entire team and great monthly packages. Can't wait for my next massage.

I go here every other week for years now. Therapists are fantastic and great check in and check out experience.

Was a very nice massage. I did ask for medium pressure but the woman who massaged me was pretty rough. I think it was partially my fault for not clarifying as soon as I wasn't getting what I wanted. But besides the her unintended strength, she was quite skilled and friendly.

I booked my massage with CJ solely for all of his 5 star ratings and I was not disappointed. By far the best massage I have ever received. I highly recommend him at this location and I will be returning soon.

CJ is amazing! I decided to go with him because of previous reviews and I was not disappointed. I went in with horrible neck and shoulder pain and when I left I felt soo much better! He was super nice and professional. The front desk girl Ava was super nice too. I will definitely be coming back.

I came here for my birthday Feb 25th. It had been some years since my last massage but Melissa was awesome she gave me what I needed and not just what I wanted. The front desk was so pleasant and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and backup questions. I'll be back March. Look for me

CJ is absolutely the best! I've been his client since 2017 when he was at the Royal Oaks location. Since moving to Parkway Village, it's been hard to book an appointment with him! I've gone to the Sugarland location, but it's just not the same! So, if I have a weekday off, it's the first thing I do!

Been a member at this location for many years but seem to never get time to have my massage - so this year I’m working on getting in regularly. The massages I’ve had have been great from: Nina, May and Jeremy. Very happy with the front staff (always helpful), service (great targeting my problem spots) and value.

I'm a subscriber to massage heights. I have issues. I've moved more than 30 Miles from the establishment I signed up with. I can't "disable/deactivate/quit" because I'm still in America. So now that I've moved away from home base I need to get quality massages from them. Every massage I've received since I've left, suck. If you like it, stop the membership before you leave

I had facial appointment with them y'day, cleaning and extraction part was fine but she didn't gave me massage and applied mask on the face and I also felt rushed so I m disappointed with the service given.

You rush to get here and you expect them to be on time. I had an on the hour appointment and arrived 15 mins early. At 3: 12 I'm still waiting outside! I asked if I could go in the room to just get started. I expect them to take you at the designated time!

I called this morning and specifically asked if there were any openings for a deep tissue specializing therapist. They ensured me that yes they did, I'm a powerlifter and enjoy a good massage to loosen me back up. Instead I got the most mediocre Swedish massage.

I cancelled my membership today.

Went in yesterday for a much needed massage. Manual was amazing, I was so relaxed I fell asleep. I highly recommend Massage Heights Parkway Village!

I've been a client on and off for a few years at this location. Always enjoyed the massages. Yesterday, I woke up with a crazy neck cramp. I was very pleased the front desk was able to book me last minute and have Tish take care of me! Thank you guys!
