The staff is always super friendly and I live the fact that the facility is always clean.
I have been there multiple times and had tried different people and by far Mr. Chris has been the best massage therapist. He listens to your needs and tries to help you as much as possible by being thorough with his massages. I highly recommend getting him for your next massage session!

I did enjoy getting massages from here but when I wanted to cancel my membership they just kept telling me the manager will call me and I won't get charged. I would call weekly to get the same excuses and that the manager will call which they never did. This went on for a month, and the following month I got charged again and called to ask why I got charged when I was supposed to be in a cancel list. Finally, got an associate to tell me because I haven't had my membership for a year yet that I can't cancel no matter what, but I can cancel when it gets close to a year and that she kept apologizing for the manager not calling me. This is very unprofessional of management and I'll take my business somewhere else. I give this place 0 stars

I became a member at this location last year but have been to another for my massages. All was well until I decided to cancel my membership. The front desk put me on a call back list for the cancel manager about 2 weeks ago and no one has contacted me. I have called multiple times and stopped by twice. Same answer with each interaction, they will give the message to the manager. And while I am waiting, they have proceeded to charge my card for another month.

Worse massage ever I left with my back feeling worse. Complete waste of money! I would rather go to the mall

Alex is great, she works on the troubled areas and has me feeling right as rain by the end of the session. If you like firm pressure and being repaired by the time you walk out, she’s who you want to see.

Some of the masseuses are great, some not so much. Online booking makes it easy (and not awkward) to specifically request certain masseuses, or to not have others.

Very professional, as a member the prices are very affordable. Always a very pleasant and therapeutic, whether it's to relax or get out some seriously deep knots. They do a great job of both

Due to lack of communication (not being made aware of the cancellation policy at no point and time during booking) the manager Melanie was VERY rude so based off that I won't be back to this location when we come to visit EVER but the overall service of the rest of the staff was great and my massage therapist who was from the West Indies I believe he was amazing and had a great energy and aura he actually made the experience better

Pan did an excellent job! I didn’t know I had so much stress on my shoulders and back! She had the right amount of pressure and really focused on my problem areas. For my first time getting a massage, it was amazing! Definitely will be coming back to her!

My massage with Trey was really effective. I had neck and shoulder pain I felt relief after the session was complete.

I went to massage height today and loved it. I had wonderful service with their therapist and front desk. The retreat was a great place to just relax and I would reccomend them to anyone!

As someone who's currently going through an intense tattoo removal process, the lymphatic drainage massages here have proven to be amazing at speeding up my recovery and helping my body detoxify after each session. I've learned that massages are not only very relaxing but also incredible for your health as a whole. I worked with Ryan for my first session and he was extremely kind and conscientious of my areas of focus. I highly recommend him and this amazing spa.

I injured my shoulder and went and saw Denise. She was able to pin point what the issue was and after 2 sessions worked out my shoulder
