Seriously the best LMT you’ll ever find.

As a professional dancer who has worked with more massage therapists, physical therapists and physiotherapists than I can count, Debbie is by far the BEST bodywork practitioner I’ve had the privilege of working with, ever. If you’re waiting for a sign to work with her, this is it - book her before someone else does!

For those still not sold (and who really love details) here is why Debbie is the best:

1. She’s is incredibly well-versed. Debbie has used deep tissue work, myofascial release, cupping, and more to treat the pure nonsense that I have thrown - and continue to throw - her way (dance is not the most friendly on the body). No matter what problem I bring her, she always provides solutions, which in and of itself is a pretty huge deal.

2. Her awareness of anatomy and kinesiology is unparalleled. It’s rare for an athlete to find someone else that knows their body as well as they do, but Debbie takes it one step further. She pretty much looked at me the first time we ever met and she was able to tell me what my body needed before I could say so myself - much less was even on her table. She might not be human. She’s definitely superhuman. It’s the only logical answer.

3. She prioritizes working WITH you. Nothing is more frustrating than needing help with something that’s bothersome and someone doing the opposite - dancers have a recurring joke about walking into a new LMT/PT’s office complaining about knee and ankle pain, then getting treated with a neck rub. I love that whether I have a specific injury-prevention target or a recovery request, or if I just come in completely zapped and needing relaxation, I always leave with exactly what I need.

11/10 recommend!
