This company is not the best with their schedules. They often forget to service us on the scheduled visits. Fortunately, they hired an amazing technician named Sergio who has been amazing at everything. Because of him I give one more star. He always comes in on time, he’s great with the residents, they appreciate the time and patience he has to explain and give recommendations to them. I’ve been working with Massey for several years now and I’ve never seen a technician like him, ready to work, get things done and fast while being very professional.
