Henry P who services Arlington area is hands down amazing. He is the epitome of customer service. He should be the poster for "family owned company" feeling. When he arrives he is just jolly and a shining personality so happy to help serve his community. He genuinely makes me feel happy when he comes by even when having a bad day. I have had many pest control companies in the past but will keep Massey as long as Henry is there.

This review is only a reflection of a Technician by the name of Kellan. I am a supervisor at a manufacturing facility and when I first found out that Massey was the pest service I was not to happy with it but figured I would give them a chance to change my mind. At first my skepticism about the company was correct. We have a big facility that should take no shorter than 40 minutes to inspect and treat. We even had a rodent issue that was past off as the rodent feces I had found on a pallet of boxes came from our distributor and was not an issue at our facility. Having been in pest control for 10years prior to where I am now I know we had an issue. Plus one of the employees seen a rat. After looking at our cameras I noticed that the technician did not inspect any areas but the top of the pallet of boxes. I inspected around the area the boxes were stored and found evidence. On top of that the technician just left the dropping on the boxes. He should have cleaned them since he had the PPE to do so. So the little faith that I had for this company was justified until Kellan started treating our facility. He has come by twice and each time he took his time inspecting and treating. I have trained many technicians in my years and I would put him in the top tier level especially for the short amount of time he has been doing pest control. Thank you Kellan

Jerry has been our technician since 2015. He is very nice. He always helps with any pest concerns we have and is very knowledgeable!

Super company. Very friendly and professional and got to our inspection really quickly. I highly recommend them.

I will gladly become a customer again when they finally let the Office Manager, Jana Something-or-other, go. She's rude and disrespectful, and there are just WAY too many options around town for one to be talked to like a child, then hung up on, while paying for quarterly service.

The Euless, Plano, and Fort Worth Service Centers absolutely rock, btw.

BEWARE OF THIS USELESS COMPANY
Appointment was scheduled for 1-2pm. I was home all day. Inspector never showed up. When I called the following day to ask about my appointment, I was told that inspector documented that he was at my home 9am.
I wanted a quote for pest control in addition to inspection. The inspector didn’t ring my bell and, didn’t call. But documented no Termite found. What about the other services that I requested? As if that wasn’t enough, the guy that answered the office phone hanged up on me.
Incompetent set of people working for a useless company.

Riley does excellent and fast work. He has been doing our mosquito treatments for a couple of years, and today he did an ant extermination. He is always on time, reliable, and professional.

Had Riley from Massey come over for problems with ant beds and wasps. Always professional, curious and thorough. Definitely will stay with Massey. Especially if Riley is our go to!

The inspector was very responsive to my questions and made the treatment plan easy to understand. The technician arrived as scheduled, installed the bait traps around the house and left my property in good shape. I never would have known he was even there if not for the green discs around the perimeter of the house. Will use Massey again!

The employee who was sent to me lacked any discretion and was loud from the moment they knocked on my door to the moment that they spoke.

They then proceeded to pull out an aerosol can and mist a few spots, then leave. I had to ask them to spray the entire home, which at that point, felt ridiculous because I could've gone to the store, bought a can of Raid and done the job myself.

Whether they're a homeowner, apt dweller, white, or black, a paying customer is a paying customer. Do the job, please.

Little did we know that we had a busted pipe under the house creating the perfect environment for gnats and roaches until Massey Services came to our rescue! Riley and Mark went above and beyond the call of duty to completely put an end to our nightmare! They were gracious, kind, persistent, and professional. I highly recommend them!

The initial inspection was thorough, the service was performed on-schedule, and very unobtrusively and with good speed, all at a price that was lower than I expected, and lower than a pest control service that did a lesser quality job in the past. This is a company you can trust to do what the say they are going to do.

On Wednesday March 29th 2023 they were supposed to service my apartments, I stayed at home all day waiting for them to show up.they told my apartments that they came in and serviced my apartment.no one ever came to my door or my ring camera would have caught it. When I called at 3 p.m. To ask if someone was coming up here they said they were gone for the day and wouldn't be back until next month

Riley texted the night before and confirmed when he be arriving, showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, did what he said he was going to do, and did a great job. Highly recommend!
