Made an "appointment" for Saturday 8am and was told my vehicle would likely be ready by around 10am (by two different people over the phone) (oil change and inspection, likely alignment would be extra time if needed). Around 11: 30, they emailed me to approve what I had already requested (oil change/rotation), in addition to needing the alignment. At this point, they had not even touched my vehicle and told me it wouldn't be ready until after 3. This put me in a bind for the rest of my day as I was committed to plans after noon. I'm walking distance from this shop and was really hoping for better service due to convenience and cost. My husband had similar grievances. Also, the two men at the service desk were curt and lacked decent communication on how the appointment would be conducted. When my vehicle was finally ready, I was told we shouldn't leave it after dark (after hours pick-up w/ lock box). It ended up being fine, but the extra worry wasn't worth it (catalytic converter theft, hello). We want to support small business in the our beautiful neighborhood, but Master Car Care needs to put some effort in as well. Back to the Toyota dealership! I am willing to pay more for convenience.

Had my first accident at the ripe ol' age of 54. Imagine, right here in Houston, where turn signals are optional. Hmm.
They did an A+ job working with my insurance co.for an expedient fender bender. They located all the necessary pieces and communicated (thank you Daniel Matthew Mateus) with me throughout the 2 week duration. They even pre-ordered parts so I didn't have to remain in a rental any longer than necessary. They also provide touch up paint for future gravel paint chips from our freeways. THANKS guys, job well done!

Being from out of town and new to Houston I was in need of repairs to my Honda Accord! After finding Master Car Care and seeing they were highly recommended I decided to take a chance and have it serviced. The experience was very positive! Ted and his crew were very honest and professional in telling me exactly what was wrong with my car. The price was reasonable and I was back on the road very quickly. I had my car towed in for engine problems. My representative was Ted. From beginning to end Ted was on top of things. Unfortunately they couldn't fix my car because the items to fix were overwhelming BUT they were completely honest about the situation and super kind throughout the process.

Kudos to Harrison and his amazing staff for maintaining a reliable and customer-service-friendly environment that stems from the past, but permeates on-to the future. We are and will always be permanent customers.

First visit, my check engine light was on, they checked out my car, told me nothing was wrong, and charged me nothing! This week I got new headlights, wiper blades and they cleaned the cover over the lights. They are always professional and friendly. I highly recommend them!

Had car fixed. $1200 worth. 3 months later one of the bearing went out. 2 hrs away, so took to local dealership. Once back took the defective part back to them. Had zero interest in helping. Only could say they offer a nationwide coverage. Will not return or recommend to any neighbors.

Received a phone call from the owner, Harrison. Amazed with his research to find my repair bill and discussed situation with his team before reaching out to me to hear my full story. Apologized for my problems and suggested we both made errors and could use as a learning lesson - my words. Asked me to e-mail a copy of my repair receipt and he'd handle it right away. I understand the owner can't be involved in every transaction and shocked the efforts he went thru to resolve my concern. His family has been in the automotive industry 40+ years and that explains their dedication to keeping clients pleased with their work. I will give them all future repairs.

Our employee purchased a used vehicle that had a major electrical problem. They did a full vehicle diagnostics and repaired only what we approved. She was up and running the same day. Thank you Ted!

I can't thank the team at Master Car Care & Collision enough for the phenomenal job on my car and the customer service I received. This is the second time I've come to them for collision repair.
I called on a Thursday and was immediately greeted on the phone. I gave my details and was scheduled to drop my car off the following Monday. The office team was very friendly and was very patient to answer all my questions. They also set expectations on what was to happen next and when I was expected to pick up my car.
Throughout the process, they kept me updated and when it was due to be completed. When I came back a week later, I noticed they also cleaned and detailed my car - which was unexpected! My car looked brand new, everything from the painting, the exterior wash and the interior detailing. I also received a very detailed report of everything that was fixed, replaced, and the cost for each line item. The entire process was very transparent and handled with care. I was completely blown away at how easy it was to work with them. I highly recommend!

Came here to get a free estimate, left with more problems than when I came in. They are claiming ignorance, do not go here. Prices are outrageous anyways

Took in my vehicle to the body shop after I was involved in an accident. Service was great, Daniel and Ford were communicative and transparent throughout the process which greatly helped relieve some of the annoyance of dealing with insurance, and my car looks better than new. Highly recommend.

Thank you for a great repair experience! I got a reference from a friend of mine and Master Car came through with an excellent repair on my rear bumper after a fender bender. After going to a nearby car repair place THREE times for the SAME issue, I had had it and had to find someone who would help me. I had already spent $2400 with NO improvement, the issue was getting worse and I was desperate. I couldn't go back because it was obvious they were NOT going to fix my vehicle - NO WAY they didn't hear the noise when it was being driven. There were loud grumblings coming from my left front and it was loud. I went to MCC and they found the issue in ONE HOUR as well as a few other issues my old mechanic didn't see. Master Car Care replaced a defective sway arm that was installed by the old mechanic (I had already paid for two sway arm replacements in the last 1.5 years - 14,000 miles in-between). When I got my vehicle back, the noise was GONE for the first time since October! Also, I kept asking the old mechanic if my brakes were OK since I could hear a noise when I braked and he assured me they were fine. He had always done a good job so I trusted him. No more. MCC worked on brakes and that noise is gone, also. I feel like I have a new vehicle!

My boss was looking for a new mechanic and I gave him MCC's info. I'm so thankful for them and will not go anywhere else!

The collision shop guys are great! Someone backed into the side of our car, and put a basketball-sized dent into the panel near the gas tank. Stopped here for an estimate. They looked at it, and said "let us try something". They used a device to pop out the dent, then buffed out what looked like big scratches. It only took a few minutes, and they did not charge us for it. I really appreciated that; I was expecting an expensive repair.

Got my car repaired after hitting a deer. They did a great job with the repair but it did take around 45 days. While I understand that these things take a while, I was unhappy with the level of communication regarding updates and timetables. Specifically, the date I was told it would be ready was continually pushed back, which was very inconvenient for planning.

Got me a quote quickly by text. Estimate was clear and broken down. Got it out in a day. Friendly service.
