I lost my title so I came there and they help me to register for my boat and trailer title. Very helpful. Especially Mr Wayne Wood (I guess that his name) work on consignment department. He is very kind and generous, honest people. He help me get boat estimate value for my boat. I definitely come back there. Thanks Mr Wayne

Wow. As a dealer that bought a new Suzuki motor and had overheating issues and took to them for a warranty issue since I am not a Suzuki warranty dealer. They charged me 3.5 hours to change water pump and thermostat on a 15hp. Motor. First off I should have been informed that the repair wouldn’t be covered under warranty and quoted the repair estimate and had a decision to fix or not. I have done this simple small water pump in 30min, and thermostat in 30 minutes myself, and didn’t do the work since it was a new out of the crate motor that should be warrantied! 3.5hrs and no call telling me it’s not covered under warranty is just bad business. I would have elected to perform the work myself.
Update
, left shop and dipped in the lake to test before dropping off to my customer and get 100 yards from dock and still overheating! Beyond upset

I run Offthehookfishingtrips.com out of San antonio twin lakes for redfish. And master marine has always taken care of me. Alway try there best to get me back on the water asap. Been using them for the past 10 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was in the unfortunate position of having to re-power my boat after blowing its existing used motor. Master marine had an extensive inventory of suzuki Big Block motors when others did not. They were able to re-power the boat in a relatively short period of time. They not only fitted my boat with a badass outboard, they cleaned out the fuel system, they checked and replaced the seals on the steering system and hooked up a new set of guages and controls at a pice that was very competitive. The quality of the installation is like nothing I've ever seen. They took a lot of pride in their work.

I went there to potentially purchase a brand new inboard/outboard boat, the only type of boats available were brand new outboard boats and one used i/o boat. The salesman was kind, though, something didn't feel quite right, I guess it may have been the fact that he attempted to sell me the used boat a bit too much when my heart was set on a new boat, maybe it's the disappointment that made me feel a bit perturbed. I don't blame him, he's a good salesman doing his job.

Do not buy a boat here! My husband and I came here to look at used boats about 3 weeks ago. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted, Our salesman Tony helped us find it. We got approved through our bank and signed all the documents a few short days after making the decision to purchase the boat. Apparently they had not aquired the title for the boat they had in their possession for months. So we had to wait for it until the title for the new engine came in. We constantly had to call to get updates as to when we can pick up our new toy as we had already started making plans.
My husband called today and apparently they wouldn't release the boat to us until they receive their check from the bank. They said the bank needed insurance documents from us so we called the bank to see what the holdup was because we were never instructed to do so, when we initially started the process the bank said we had 30 days to provide them with insurance paperwork.
We ultimately canceled the deal as we were constantly given the runaround, especially when we told someone working at the dealership today what our bank had told us in regards to the insurance documents and they told us we were wrong. We received horrible customer service today and we will not be giving any of our money to Master Marine. Look elsewhere with better customer service.

Poor service. No one upfront and no one welcomes you. Walked to the back guessing someone was there - waited for the employees to finish their conversation. Asked about jet ski's - they said nope and that was it. Haha, can't believe this place is in business.and then I read their poor reviews as I was ran across it looking for a boat too.

Knowledgeable staff. We didn't make a purchase, but all of our questions were answered.

Took my 1995 Tracker boat to them because Mercury motor was not charging. They refused to even look at it! Stated they will not work on anything more than 2yrs old. And they were a Mercury dealer?

I'm going to give from 1star up to 4 stars now. As my wife posted a review before with the 1 star. This is a update to the review. Master Marine offered to come pick up my boat (as I live very far from them) to take care of the bilge, and ect stuff that wasn't handled the first time. I decided to drop it off myself. It was fixed and ready to go within a few days. After taking it out on the ocean and testing, I can say that everything works perfectly. No issues whatsoever. Suzuki 200hp inline 4 performed like a beast. I know we had our issues with Master Marine, but they took care of us in the end. Will be taking my boat back for the free service that was promised. Thanks

Sent my boat in for some repairs from hitting a rock, 4 weeks later my boat has not been touched. I was told from chuck that they would get right on it but yet nothing. This place has the worst customer service and not sure how they stay in business. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The only difference between chuck and the last service manager Roland is Chuck doesn’t stutter when he lies. Save your self the trouble and headache and take your boat somewhere else. I wish there was a negative rating because that’s what this place deserves.

I'd leave a review with negative stars if I could. My husband and I bought a repower through Master Marine. Originally we were told our boat would be completed in approx 14 days. It took over 6 weeks. 1st excuse was "UPS said they delivered it but it's not here"! 2 days later they found our motor. 2 weeks later they STARTED the repower. Since we were not going to be able to use the boat due to my husband working abroad, we gave them a light bar, stereo, and speakers to install. Finally, after 4 promise dates, we got our boat back. Light bar is missing hardware, hanging off 1 side, speaker lights are not hooked up correctly, dead batteries, no fuel in the lines.was it even tested? Horrible customer service, I called every day for over a week asking for an estimate which I never got. $119/hr to install a stereo? Over priced!
UPDATE: After over 2 months we were finally able to get our boat on the water. To our disappointment the wash down pump, bilge pump, and live well pumps were not working. They were free floating-not attached or wired in! We were charged for the labor to fix these issues as stated in the invoice: "Add ons customer pay, get live well pumps operating, get wash down pumps operating, get bilge pump operating etc. " We had to take our boat, once again to have it fixed. Another week wasted so they can address what we have already paid for-inconvenienced AGAIN! Another $460 later-for parts, we have our boat back. Their remedy? A free ($350) 20 hour maintenance/warranty check. In my opinion that doesn't cover all the inconveniences, drives from Floresville to San Antonio, or unreasonable 10 hours of labor that we were charged for work that was not done. I will only take my boat for their warranty work-I will NEVER take my boat back for new or additional work to MASTER MARINE! I will drive 200 miles to avoid getting ripped off from this place.

Have my boat there a year and they still haven't finished up. It's not the Mechanics fault its management.
