We had heard many great things about the quality of their products and the company's strong backing behind their products. We wanted a swim spa and desperately tried to make it work for us however we were not able to get enough space needed after all of our improvements. The staff here was extremely courteous and understanding of our disappointment and addressed our refund right away. We are very sorry to not have the product we wanted however Cheri and the rest of the staff here have been phenomenal to work with and we would highly recommend them.
