7Absolutely great company with awesome managers and 24HR work load. The pay is not the hiegest in the industry but payment is on time and the people is priceless. Recommend for contractors.
WORST! DON’T USE THEM FOR LEGAL TRANSLATION! They did word for word translation. I expected them to do a better translation than someone back in my home country. I could use google translation rather use their services if I was looking for literal translation. After multiple corrections and paying their hidden fees my job was finally done. I wasn’t made aware that they charge $25 extra for affidavit of translation. Ask them what does fees include before agreeing to the quotes they send! There are much much much better translators around! Also there’s no ownership of their mistake on their side! The product manager I worked with was just very unprofessional! Looks like she hates her job!
My company does subcontract work for Masterword and the experience has been lovely. The staff are highly professional and the jobs are interesting. The work flow is very steady. Highly recommended!
The site won't work.you take a training course and it won't give your certificate.you call, you get no one.a rip-off? Perhaps.you click around the site to no avail.a waste of time, and money.i'm not using this join ever again!
