I requested an estimate to change out my a/c coil and outside unit. The price is kinda high, but as I understand, the costs have gone up since 2020-21 effects. Also the product would be a Trane. I believe they are supposed to be pretty good for this area and environment. John gave me a "pay plan" in the estimate, I'm just not sure if this is the way I want to go. But he did offer for me to call if I had any questions regarding an a/c change out. Thank you Mathews CCAC. Appreciate you sending him out.

He did good, he seemed to have checked things pretty good, no problems so far and hopefully for a very long time

Ronald did a great job in recommending an alternative solution to our water softener equipment problem. He’ll be back tomorrow to install the ion equipment and remove the old water softener

The technician was very thorough! He informed of the problem and future problems that may arise. I work a lot so he was able to come out at my convenience. I recommend this company for your AC service! Check out their membership program and incentives.

Really enjoyed having the CCAC technician in our home today. Very polite and explained everything as he needed to. Highly recommend CCAC!

He was on time, and he did the installation well except for one thing. The ground was not leveled before putting down the concrete slab. One corner was propped up with a brick. I shoved dirt under the slab and compacted it by using a piece of 2x6 and hammering it.

Matthews is our repair and maintenance company. We have a maintenance contract with this company, and have bi-annual maintenance/reviews. Today, Rene, with his team of electricians, Omar & Brance, did a very efficient job of installing surge protectors on our electrical panels, GFCI reciprocals as are required by law, and replaced a corroded electrical outlet on our living room floor. Rene, and his team, were professional and installed high quality components. I now feel safer because of their good work!

Ronald was a very professional and personable tech. He came in and introduced himself and got the details. He did troubleshooting and then got out the power tools! Everything went well, and in short order everything was flowing. Ronald did a great job! He is definitely an asset for the company.
I thought the cost was a bit high.
But when your in a bind what can you do.
But, regardless, Ronald did an excellent job. 5 stars!
