Mathis Sleep, Lubbock TX

My wife and I stopped at at Mathis store ro purchase a mattress. Since that was our first stop we decided to explore other stores. We had the option to purchase other places but came back to give her our sale. She was warm and inviting, and although she had other customers at the time it didn't feel that way as we felt we were important buyers. We appreciated her time and diligence and the willingness to help us decide base on price and style and not on what she wanted. Thank you Jeannie.

I had a very good experience dealing with Jeannie Henderson at Mathis Mattress. She took time to educate me on the various Mattresses and Bases along with the pillows. I test drove alot of Mattresses on multiple trips until I chose the Venus Williams Mattress. Jeannie provide great customer service and now I'm just waiting on the delivery.

Jeannie is such an amazing saleswoman to work with! We had such a wonderful experience picking out a mattress and pillows. She was so knowledgeable and not pushy in the slightest bit. She was so helpful and let us take our time! I even had my child with me and she was so great with them and let her participate as well! When it comes to planning a delivery time she accommodated our schedule so well!
I would not use any other person to help in this process of picking out a mattress! She knows her stuff! I would recommend her to everyone I know! Thanks Jeannie for such an amazing experience, made this decision easy and fun for us!

We stopped in at the Marsha Sharp location at Canyon West on a Wednesday evening just to browse. We had no intentions on purchasing anything that day. Cynthea was the only sales person in the store, she gave us a lot of information and was very helpful. We ended up purchasing a mattress and base at a phenomenal price and had it delivered the next week. The delivery drivers were great and very respectful of our home as well.

Came in to the store wanting to try out a purple mattress not knowing anything about it then Jeannie came over and showed us pretty much everything there was to know and more! Like others have said, she is very kind and does not pressure you into buying anything. She makes sure you love what you choose and gets you the best deals!
