Matt Roll: Allstate Insurance, Friendswood TX

Finally found an agency that shows a bit of care and concern. Eli was very helpful in setting up a good home policy for my wife and I. Glad I found y'all.

The absolute WORST! I would not recommend this agency! I never leave bad reviews as I feel it is best to communicate directly with the company and give them a chance to resolve but I have now been doing that for over a year, lost $2,000 because of their errors in timing and paperwork, lack of communication, no follow through and horrible customer service. I haven't had a claim or an issue in the decade I have been with them and I always pay upfront and on time. The items above are simple issues of just updated policies but they can't seem to get anything correct. It pains me to do this to them but maybe it will get them to resolve my pending issues and/or help others avoid this particular branch so you don't have the same result.

A 20 year old Chevrolet Suburban that has had Full Coverage since Ron Bazzy! Matt Roll was contacted by my 84 year old Mother about a week and a half ago when she left him a message that she was having an emergency! He hasn’t responded! Wow do we feel like we’re in GOOD HANDS? How’s your kid doing in college?

Knowledgeable agents are available to discuss policies. I have been with them for years and am a satisfied customer.

Had to call then 3 times to get an answer as to what could be done about the crazy increase in my home owner policy. Their only solution was to double my already high deductible. After more than 20 years with Allstate there was basically nothing that they could or would do for me. Buyer beware!

Allstate changed my agent to Matt after mine retired. Always have issues try to contact to either ask questions or change coverages or make policy changes. This has been the worst customer experience I have ever had with Allstate. I cannot recommend this agent due to the deficiencies in their service.

This office is a joke. The customer service is non existent. No one will ever call you back, email.etc.the “managers” give you prices for policy’s and have you pay then later on you find out your policy has been terminated due to non payment? They are all scam artists.

My husband and I have been customers with Allstate for years and we will definitely not be continuing our coverage.

Matt Roll's office and everyone who works here including Sarah Davis are thieves. They will continue to draft your account despite requesting them to cancel services. They will reassure you that your policy is cancelled and that you will be refunded all drafted money and never follow through.
Do not use Allstate. There is better. Not only because there is broader more affordable coverage at other companies, but because these people earn their living by cheating and stealing your hard work.
