Very bad experience staff was rude got here 5 minutes late due to accident on freeway front office personal had a attitude then wanted to push my appt. Back after waiting 3 weeks to be seen would rate 0 stars if I could

Took my 4 year old for chronic ear infections, snoring and nasal congestion. We weren't asked about anything but his ears and were told that each complaint required a separate visit (at $50 a visit). They took it upon themselves to answer no to questions that weren't even asked then proceeded to tell us my son needed surgery without even addressing the additional issues. Yeah, you're not going to cut into my child without treating the whole problem. Money hungry and unprofessional. We will definitely be going elsewhere

Phenomenal provider! Office has excellent communication skills with provider and patients. Dr. Branch is such a great doc, listens thoroughly and helps get to the bottom of issues. Even when I move away from waxahachie, I will happily make the drive back down to see him in office. Fantastic office and doc!

Complete quack. I went to see Dr. Branch because I have not been able to breath through my nose and wake up with sinus headache every day for about a year. He did no real examination and sent me home with the diagnosis that there was nothing wrong with me.
No one would even discuss my visit with me - while I was still in their office - until I threatened to challenge the co-pay card transaction and report it to my insurance.
Office staff does not answer the phones during business hours, but lets it go to an answering service.
If you want actual, personal care, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I am a singer and do it professionally and I was super hesitant to go to Dr. Branch because the ratings on Google were so back in forth. However, they are pretty good on BS&W website. But I ended up deciding to go ahead and go and he has been absolutely sooo great with me! I have felt like he has listened to my every concern and has helped me get my voice healthier than its been in probably close to a year. I would 100% recommend him to anyone. If you are thinking about not going to him because of the reviews, go and make your own opinion about him. It was so worth it for me.

Went here for ringing in my ear. Staff was courteous. The PA didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. I guess Dr. Branch couldn't be bothered to examine me. Complete waste of time and money.

Saw Dr Branch for 3 problems I was having, I knew I was hard of hearing, but wanted to know if it was related to my tinnitus and dizziness. All they did was give me a hearing test. Dr branch did not even examine me and seemed in a big hurry to be done with me even told me I would have to come back for other problems could only have one diagnosis due to filing of insurance, and off he went.

Due to his lack of care and concern and hurry to get to next patient or whatever he was distracted with.caused my husbands problem to become abscessed and in ER for 5 days! TERRIBLE! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM

I have had really great experiences from thew front desk, audiologist, Dr. Branch, and everyone in between. I can hear now! I'm so thankful for the care they provided me.

1-13-2020 Had a 9: 45 appt.with Dr. Branch. Arrived at 9: 20 and checked in at reception. At 10: 00 a.m. I spoke to the Mexican receptionist and told her my appt.was at 9: 45, it's now 10: 00, I need to get to work. How much longer do I have to wait? She responded with I'll ask the techs in back, although they are all busy with clients. Told her I need an answer. Saw her go back and forth several times. At 10: 15 I went to the desk, again, where I was ignored by her. The white receptionist asked if she could help me. Told her all of the above, and that I want my co-pay returned, right now, because I'm leaving. Told her it's rude for the doctor to not see patients on time as most of us have work and other appts.during the day and I can't wait around for him. She stated that some of the patients in the waiting room were there for testing with the techs. I stated that the doctor is not an Emergency Room or surgical doctor and there is no reason to be so late in seeing me. Even if 2 of the patients in the waiting room, who were there before me, were there for him, that's still another 40+ minutes of my sitting and waiting. NOT ACCEPTABLE! I'm not wasting my precious time on a physician who doesn't seem to care about his patients. She apologized. Taking my business elsewhere. Phoned my insurance company and told them not to pay any claim to this physician, and why.

Worst expirence with the staff, especially Blana. The paperwork does need to be filled out or you'll be rejected. They CAN email you the docs to fill out. They choose not to. Make sure you get them from the website or go to an office to pick them up. No paperwork no visit. Also, do not be a minute late, you'll get rejected.
DO NOT COME TO THE CORSICANA LOCATION IF YOURE MORE THAN 20 MINS. Even if you feel comfortable with the drive.

If you do it's the BRICK BUILDING WITH AWNING, THAT DOES NOT SAY DERMATOLOGISTS/MEIDCAL ARTS.
ITS NOT THE HOSPITAL EITHER.

IT SAYS SURGICAL MEDICAL ON THE FRONT.
Again, I'm choosing not to pick this doctor because of his staff. But the other information I left hopefully helps with the ones who do choose him.
