Worse rip off EVER! I was looking around to replace my mattress and to my misfortune I ended up in the devil's triangle of mattresses. I was told I could buy with confidence because for any reason I did not like it I could return it.
Not only was that a lie Armando very rudely said he could not even find my account so he washed his hands off with that. He said I didn't buy anything from that store. He said they are a franchise and had different policies. So I'm stuck with my purchase no and ifs or buts. DONT MAKE MY SAME MISTAKE. Even if they come across as super nice and helpful.

One week ago, bought a mattress from Armando Alvidrez. He was so pleasant and helpful so nice he answered all our questions and we were so happy with our purchase. Well we didn’t quite know why our remote was not doing what it was supposed to do so I went into the store today to ask Armando and he was like Dr Jeckal and Mr Hyde. He was arrogant and dismissive to me, rude. I gave him a great review before but after today I wouldn’t buy gum from this jerk. If I could give him 0 stars I would.
