Walked in asking if they could beat a deal I had online, they said yes, then they checked me out for a new (new condition) item, then loaded my truck with a pre-owned item that is worn in multiple places. I didn’t realize until I got home. The entire transaction was intended to be for a new item and they intentionally gave me a pre-owned item. Poor salesmanship and zero honesty. Would not recommend.

Not a lot of different models available. A lot of what the sell is only available on line. The 2 models we looked at were dirty. The sales lady did not ask s lot of sentences to determine our preference. My wife felt comfortable on the bed, so we bought it.

We were greeted when we entered the store & we’re taken care of within minutes. Very pleased with the entire process!

I’m forever thankful for her because she was the only person who helped me after speaking with countless others. I bought two mattresses, one for my son, but it was too big for his new big boy bed.
