We met Ms Dana as she was opening up the store; I explained my sleep issues with her and she showed and demonstrated different mattress options, allowing for ample time to get the feel of each mattress.

The sales lady told me they were having a sale for King size mattress for the price of a queen and then when we were completing the sale that changed. She was charging us for the wrong mattress until we questioned the price and then she was very pushy and was just focused on making her sale. I probably should have shopped around a little more but the other places I checked didn’t have the mattress I wanted. Hopefully the delivery service will be better than their sales person.

Our family has bought numerous Mattress Firm products. We keep going back when a new or additional mattress is needed. Staff is friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about their good products.
